      I ordered A subscription this past spring from them. They sent the very first shipment on time without a problem. When the second one was due, they said they were out of certain products in regards to the shipment so I waited. Its been three months now and Ive been emailing them back-and-forth. They charged my account June 6, and they have never sent the products I have requested for the subscription to be stopped. I have asked over and over and over again for them to refund my money they havent. You cannot reach them by phone. They are terrible at responding to any type of email. I looked online and there are hundreds and hundreds of people with the same exact issue as me they are not receiving products from this company. It was bought by the healing company in 22 and I had ordered from your super before that and everything was fine. The healing company is also who I have an issue with because they are also not responding to this and you cannot reach anyone by phone. They are stealing peoples money and not sending the products.

      I placed an order with this company on 7/29 for $99.04. Their website stated shipping times of 3-5 days. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited two weeks before reaching out for a status update. On 8/13, a client service person reached out to tell me the order was delayed and would ship soon. On 8/15 I asked for a refund since they still hadnt provided a detailed shipping date. On 8/16 they said they would process as soon as possible. Nothing happened. On 8/23 I followed up stating it was unacceptable to continue not letting me know when I would have my money back. They replied saying it will be processed soon. Im worried Ill never get the money back as their responses are vague, unspecific, and I noticed on their Instagram page other customers are having similar issues.

      The chargeback was accepted and customer received their money. We also fulfilled the order so the customer received free product.

      I placed an order with this company on 7/21. The money was taken from my account, but the product was never delivered. I didnt even receive a confirmation email or any shipping information. After going to their fb page I saw many complaints of the same thing happening where the money was taken but no product was delivered. I immediately emailed the company to cancel my order and received an automated email saying I would get response in 1-2 days. I never received an email back so I called customer service. There was an automated voice telling me to contact through email and then it hung up. I am not down $96.51 and have not received a single product or email regarding my order. Because I paid with my debit card, the bank said there is nothing that can be done. The product is now listed on their website as sold out.

      Order was place on 7/21/24 but never shipped. Order remains in Unfulfilled status. Attempted to contact on 8/5/2024 with no response to cancel the order and provide a refund. Phone number not listed on website. Looked up address and phone number for building does not provide an option to contact YourSuper. Tried calling phone number on file in BBB; however, there is no option to talk with anyone. Only to send an email through the website ***********************************. Submitted a 2nd request to cancel the order and refund and still no response.

      In early May I canceled all my subscriptions because Your Super was taking over 3 weeks to send the product once my card was charged. I switched to ordering off of Amazon for 2 day shipping. On July 22nd they charged my credit card anyway, after 2 months of not charging me. I noticed the charge on my cc statement that I received in August, yet I never received the typical email from Your Super for the charge. I looked on my Your Super account to see that all my subscriptions were still inactive. I wrote the company 3 emails this past week asking them to refund me. In the past they would respond within 24hours. I have yet to hear back from them, but today I got a new email saying I should get excited because my unordered, canceled subscription has shipped! They sent me 3 of the same product that I don't even use any more.I want my refund and I don't want the hassle of returning the product that I never ordered in the first place!

      It has been 28 days since I placed my order and it has yet to be fulfilled. I have emailed the company three times with no response. I want a refund or the product delivered asap. The company continues to send marketing emails and has an active website but is not fulfilling their orders. There are several customers mentioning the same issue.

      I was on a subscription to have this healthy food options sent to my home. It was going for a good two years then the last two shipments never showed up. On the site in my account they say PAID but under fulfillment status it states unfulfilled. I have tried numerous time to email them with no response and went on a search for a phone number for them since they no longer have one on their site and I get a generic message with no way to leave a response. They have taken my money and I have NOT received the product in return. Doing some research on social it seems like I am not the only one having this problem. I just want my money back and be done with them. I am attaching a screen shot of my account page from the website so you can see what I am talking about. Let me know if you need more information. I have my own business and when I take a payment there is always a good/service exchanged. I expect the same from everyone.

      I have a recurring subscription set up with Your Super for their skinny protein powder. I have had no bad experiences prior to this and have been using their product for over a year. I was charged on May 17th for my next order. I realized a week or so later I never received tracking so I logged on the website to check. It said the order was unfulfilled. I sent a message through the website on May 24th and never heard anything back. On June 3 I did a little googling and found that lots of people were having a similar issue. I e-mailed and only got an automated response. I reached out via instagram and will attach the screenshots. They asked for a few days to resolve. I followed up on June 10 and they asked for more time. I have yet to receive a response, the product, or a refund. At this point I would just like a refund.

      Dear representative,On April 25, I ordered several products online from Your Super (yoursuper.com). I paid the full price of $97.23 on that date. Orders typically arrive within a week.By May 12, I still hadnt received my order and the fulfillment status under my orders in my online account read unfulfilled. I contacted them, I believe through their contact form, requesting information as to the status. I got their auto response.On May 16, having heard nothing, I responded to the auto-response (which is their main email), as a follow-up. Still no response from them.On May 20, I filled out their contact form again. I think on that one I said if the product hadnt shipped and since no one will update me on the status of my order I would like a refund as I was almost out of product and would have to order supplements elsewhere. I got their same auto-response as usual.On May 23, I followed up again and got another auto-response. I responded to that email and said I really needed a response from them.On May 23, I also placed a phone call to the number online, and there was no way to talk to someone. The automated response tells you to submit and email or use their online contact form.On May 24, I got notification of a refund from them, but they are only refunding $29.75 of a $97.23 payment on items that were never shipped to me. (During the whole time I was contacting them, the order status online said unfulfilled and no one ever responded to my inquiries.On May 24, I told them I want a full refund or I would contact BBB. I just decided to go ahead and contact you now. I just want a refund from them at this point, and will never order from them again. If theres any help you can provide, I would really appreciate it.I hope the attachments arent too confusing.Thanks so much for your help, and take care,***************************
