    I subscribed to Acre Gold with an understanding that I would receive 10 grams of gold. I have paid well over the amount $880.05 for the gold Ive paid to date $1333.40. I have not received the gold that was suppose to be deliver. I called acre and the voice mail box is full.

    I was $906.70 in and still havent seen my 10 gram bar yet. Finally contacted someone a couple weeks ago via email, they said I had to send one more full payment and then they would take what they needed + shipping + cancellation fee and then reimburse me the remaining so Im now $1173.38 in, no gold, they said I should here something in 1-3 days and that was almost 2 weeks ago. I emailed them this morning and they responded this evening saying the bar wouldnt be till October 10, and then they would send shipping information and after that finally work on refunding me the rest. Gold is currently $2375.67 an ounce ***** grams in an oz so the on ************************************ around $838 so going through these people Im currently $335.38 over paid. Ill keep everyone posted on how much the refund is when if they send it in 3 months from now. I do not recommend this service to anyone. I trust that God will handle this and every other issue against me. Be blessed.

    Hi ******, you have made several incorrect assumptions about how gold is priced. First, your quote of $2375 per ounce of gold is known as spot price. This can be confusing, but spot price is more for the stock market. Gold is sold at retail, or asking price, which is always more than spot price, no matter who sells it. Second, gold is sold by the **** ounce, which is ******g, not 28g. Third, gold is not sold at the same price per gram for all bars. It costs almost the same to produce bars of all sizes, so mints charge a higher price per gram for smaller bars to recover some of this cost. This is why you cannot accurately calculate a cost per **** ounce from a given price per gram or vice versa. This is also why two 2.5g bars will always cost more than a 5g bar and two 5g bars will cost more than a 10g bar. As for your subscription, you started with a sub for two 5g bars, paying $200 per month. After three months, you upgraded to a 10g subscription. The shipping threshold includes the cost of the 10g bar, one time membership fee, and shipping/insurance. Since your payments are the same each month, you will pay above the threshold and after your gold ships, the remaining balance is credited to your next bar. Think of this like getting change from a cash purchase that is applied to your next purchase. You reached shipping status with your July payment, which was number 5. We emailed you within a couple of days with your shipping date and our read receipt shows you opened this email two days later. Yet you say we did not contact you. You then emailed us yesterday morning and we replied shortly after. Just because you did not check your email until last night does not mean we took longer than a couple of hours to reply to your email. We could have clarified all of this over email if you had asked or even shared your concerns. If you are not happy, we can cancel your shipment and refund your balance if you prefer. Our Director of Ops will reach out to you shortly to confirm what you would like to do.
