I am submitting a formal complaint against Dog Training USA - *******************************, a business registered in ********** but operating in ******. The company's address is ***********************************. The vendors contact details are ********************************** ************************* and *****************.Incident Details:On July 10, 2024, I contacted Dog Training *** - ******************************* to arrange boarding and training for my dogs. I paid $2,625.00 via Zelle to *************************** agree to start the service on July 11, 2024. Despite payment, I received no boarding information or service confirmation. The vendor repeatedly refused to provide a physical address, responded evasively, and failed to meet their obligations. When I requested a refund due to their non-compliance and lack of transparency, the vendor refused.Fraudulent Activities:Lack of Transparency: The vendor withheld the physical address until after payment, creating deception and mistrust.Evasive Communication: The vendor provided vague responses, avoiding direct answers.Refusal to Refund: The vendor failed to provide services and refused to refund, showing intent to deceive and defraud customers.Deceptive Non-refundable Policy: The non-refundable policy was disclosed only in the waiver form after payment, which is deceptive and unethical.Additionally, on July 11, 2024, we waited on the highway for over 45 minutes in extreme weather conditions while attempting to drop off our dogs. This caused significant distress and inconvenience and posed a severe danger to our dogs due to the extreme heat.Request for Action:The actions of Dog Training USA - ******************************* are fraudulent, deceptive, and unethical. I request an urgent investigation and appropriate legal action against the vendor to prevent further victimization of other customers.I look forward to your decisive action in recovering my funds and holding the vendor accountable.

******** supposedly runs a dog training company called 'Service Dog Training USA'. I was referred by a friend named *****, who had sent her puppy there at the end of 2023. ***** told me she had a great experience. After speaking to *** for an hour on the 25th, everything seemed fine and we agreed we would have our puppy attend her "board and train" program for 3 weeks. We owed $1200, 60% to be paid as a deposit and the remaining 40% to be paid 10 days before it started. We paid the 60% via Venmo to ******** and did not speak to her or hear from her until Feb. 27. Admittedly, I was about 3 days delayed on sending the remaining 40%, so I reached out as soon as I remembered, on Feb 27 explaining and asking for the venmo handle again, because when I searched for the one we originally used, it did not appear in Venmo. We were never formally invoiced, nor did we receive a payment reminder. On Feb 27, I texted the number I have and received a response with a new venmo name, explaining that I was texting with someone named ****, not ********, because "whoever has availability" on their team of trainers "gets the phone". ****** proceeded to be very unresponsive, until I pressed her to confirm a time for drop off of our puppy. She said that she couldn't find our deposit, so our spot with ******** was cancelled. We finally confirmed a drop off date and time and paid the remainder due. On the day, I followed up 10 min before meeting since I hadn't heard from ****. She said she would be late, and then proceeded to ignore our calls for 24 hours, so we did not start our boarding on time, forcing us to come up with a very rushed alternative for our dog, since we had to leave town. We were told they had a sick dog and that our boarding would be pushed back and they would contact us to reschedule. To this day, March 22, we have not heard back and I have called, left voicemails and texted, demanding some answer/explanation, and begging for a refund- with ZERO RESPONSE.
