I am trying to cancel my subscription to Collective Laboratories. My subscription involves:Detoxifying Shampoo Subscription *****% Off Auto renew - $*****/month Fortifying Conditioner Subscription *****% Off Auto renew - $*****/month I am unable to login to my account on the ********************** Laboratories website. I have tried emailing, using their support webchat, and leaving voicemails over the past couple of weeks. I haven't heard back and haven't received a single reply. I have tried contacting Collective Laboratories social media ********** Instagram, LinkedIn) and haven't heard back from there either. I have noticed other customers leaving comments on social media indicating how they are unable to reach customer support to cancel their subscription as well. Collective Laboratories has not contacted me back or replied to my emails and voicemails. The business has not resolved the problem. I want to cancel my subscription before the next payment comes out.
