I purchased solar panels from this business.. Their work was marginal they tried to cut every corner. When I complained they yelled at me, bad mouthed me saying i do not pay my bills. When they failed inspection they wanted to collect their final payment before their permit was approved. In order to complete the job they wanted me to sign a nondisclosure agreement, a lien release and pay them before their permit was approved. I fired them and finished the work on my own and passed *********** In addition I was told that the amount of solar they sold me was enough to meet my use. It currently covers only 50% of my needs, I now have to get 10 more panels to cover all my needs. My needs have not changed they just grossly miscalculated my needs. In addition they are not willing to warranty the product. They are hostile verbally abusive, liars their workmen have threatened me.
They left holes in the stucco, holes in the drywall did not install a meter to allow for the tracking of how much the solar panels produces and how much DWP receives. I still have a bill of XXX-XXX every pay period from DWP because they shorted me on panels.

They aren't willing to warranty product and it is going to cost me and additional ****** to install more panels. IF they did the correct job in the first place it would have not cost me anything more in either utility bills or panels. If they do not warranty the panels the installed panels are of no value to me as no one is willing to repair them if something happens. They need to reimburse me for the panels and the additional utility bills that I have incurred approximately **** per year. They work in high end neighborhoods and can get away with overcharging for their work and not remedying their mistakes because they figure they can tell the client anything and they will pay more if there is an issue as it is never their fault so they always find a way for the client to pay. Stay away from this business.
