Good Morning, I am writing to file a formal complaint against EZ Texting regarding their unethical business practices and their refusal to provide a refund for services I did not receive. I am deeply concerned about the way I have been treated as a customer.On 10/14/2023, I engaged in a transaction with EZ Texting to purchase a service that was supposed to include sending text messages to a list of numbers. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues with the service:1. Not all of the messages were successfully sent: Out of the total number of messages I paid for, a significant portion of them did not reach their intended recipients. This failure to deliver the promised service constitutes a breach of our agreement.2. I clearly communicated my dissatisfaction: Upon discovering the extent of the issue, I promptly contacted EX Texting and expressed my dissatisfaction with the service. I explicitly informed them that I was not interested in their product any longer due to the delivery issues and requested a refund for the undelivered text messages. The complaint was given within 24 hours of the issue. 3. Violation of their refund policy: EZ Texting in Partnership with Call Fire instead gave give **** credited points towards calls instead of a refund . The company has a stated refund policy for extra credits or services not rendered. However, they have refused to honor their own policy by denying me a refund, despite my valid reasons for requesting it and stating that I no longer wished to have anything else to do with the company. I kindly request your intervention in resolving this matter. I believe that EZ Tithing should be held accountable for their failure to deliver the services as promised and for their disregard of their own refund policy.
