I am writing to file a formal complaint against Language Fish LLC, also known as CertifiedTranslate, for unethical business practices. The company tampered with a transcript by reordering sections and altering timestamps, which has significantly impacted my legal case (Case Number: 22STFL01352).Attached are the original transcripts and the tampered transcript provided by the opposing party, highlighting the discrepancies.I request that the BBB investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Language Fish LLC to prevent future occurrences and uphold business integrity. Specifically, I request that the BBB ask Language Fish LLC to acknowledge their misconduct and misrepresentation as part of the resolution. This acknowledgment will be critical for me to use in my ongoing legal case to demonstrate the unethical practices that have affected the proceedings. I am looking for Language Fish LLC to acknowledge the tampering and provide a detailed report of their actions, which will be critical in my appeal process.
