On 04/22/2024 I ordered WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP WHERE DO WE GO? Lime Green ****** At point of purchase I was informed that the order would ship by 04/25/2024. On 04/23/2024 I received an email saying my order had shipped. From then I waited until 05/06/2024 inquiring about the package as the tracking information has shown that it had not left their warehouse. I was informed at that point that I could have a new one shipped out (stock permitting) or a refund, I opted for the former. I was told by a representative by the name of ******* that my order had be reshipped the same day. I waited until 05/08/2024 to inquire again for tracking information. Over the span of a month I inquired about this issue with the same response being uttered to me We understand your concern, but we can assure you that we are working with our fulfillment center to collect more information regarding a new timeline your backordered WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP WHERE DO WE GO?. Not until 06/10/2024 was I updated that there was no expected time-frame for my order. So to my surprise, I received a shipping notification 06/14/2024 stating my order had been shipped. I had thought that the issue was finally resolved over the two month span of corporate run around I endured. To my shock I did not receive my product, instead a completely different item as replacement. I did not order this, I did not agree to the replacement, and I certainly will not accept this. This is a multi billion dollar company exploiting its size to not hold up their end of a purchase. To them $41.09 is nothing and could care less about their consumer wanting the item they purchased.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from Interscope Records that was never delivered to my home in November of 2022. Their website initially said that the item was still in production and could take several weeks to months to deliver. Intermittently checking back in on the website, would find that the product kept having its future shipment date delayed. Now, the company is saying it has no obligation to inform me of when I can expect the product, refuses to send a new version of the product, and refuses to give me a refund for the product I paid for, citing that more than 6 months have passed since I initially ordered it. Again, I have been in communication with the employees at this company for well over 1 year now to get this product delivered and their website continues to state that I can expect the item to be shipped sometime in the future, citing specific upcoming dates that continue to get delayed and have been delayed for well over 1 year.Initial Complaint

We placed an order with Interscope in November on 2023. While I understand shipping delays occur, we are still waiting on our order now at the end of Feb 2024. The order ship date continues to change each day and I cannot get any answers from Interscope. Their response has been give it two weeks and if nothing changes, contact us back. When I did that, they say give it 3 weeks or contact the shipping company. The shipping company ***** has never received the package from Interscope, so they cannot provide me any information on my package. We cannot get anyone from Interscope to call us concerning this issue and feel as we are getting the run around on our order. My daughter really wants the jacket we ordered, it was supposed to be a Christmas present, so I don't want to cancel the order, I just want to receive what we ordered.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 11/9/23 for several records. My package arrived on 11/26/23. There was an item missing in my package. I emailed Interscope Records customer service the same day on 11/26/23. I did not receive a response for over 2 weeks so I reached out again via email on 12/11/23. I received a response from their customer service on 12/16/23 giving me the option of a refund of the item because it is out of stock or replace the item with another in-stock item of equal value and that I had to respond within 3 days and they would resolve it for me. I responded same day on 12/16/23 that I want a refund and that I was extremely disappointed for the poor customer service. It has now been 11 days since 12/16/23 and I still have yet to receive a response back and if I keep emailing the same email thread, allegedly my email thread keeps getting pushed further and further back. I try making a new ticket on their website but then it says my email is invalid and I can't reach out again.I'm very frustrated and just want my refund for an item they said was in my package and then wasn't. Poor business practices and clearly do not care about their customers when they don't respond to their emails. The missing item was $75 and I need that back plus the appropriate shipping amount and tax refunded. Any pain and suffering fee would be nice too as this has been absolutely ridiculous.Initial Complaint

Today, ********************* (UMG) issued refunds to people who purchased merchandise thought the ***********************, *************, and **************** web stores that were expected to ship before 12/15 but did not and therefore did not arrive before Christmas. Interscope is a UMG company and I have an order with them that was expected to ship November 12 that they claimed shipped December 12. In reality, they only created a label and it has not actually shipped. On December 12, only the label was made and the expected ship date has been pushed back again to December 27 as seen in an attached screenshot. As this is a UMG company and my order falls under the category of items that did not ship by 12/15 and did not arrive for Christmas, my order should be refunded and still fulfilled free of charge. These records I ordered were Christmas gifts. Attached are screenshots of my order, its original expected ship date, the updated status (showing only a label was created and that it has not shipped), and screenshots of the email sent to others who get refunds and free fulfillment from ******************* UMG store. Lady Gaga aka ******* ****** ******** ********** has order from restraint from my private residences in Vista and Oceanside CA. ******* ****** ******** ********** continues to break order and trespass on my property. I was recorded without consent in my vehicle by someone connected with this company. My recording was used to produce works that generated a profit and. helped the label's reputation. **********, my former employer and ***********'s former high school principal can vouch for my character. Also, *****, a man who was kind enough to let me crash on his couch at his and ********* place in Culver City CA for one night. (***** used to let ******* sleep in his van before she became famous). I'm just as good as *********** I know. I don't know why he would have claimed my songs as his nor why I was recorded in my vehicle to obtain the intellectual property at hand. I have had one young woman claim she was sorry for not including my name on the original copyright application but I don't know how she had my phone number even. I have never been contacted by interscope. I am asking for ******* dollars and my privacy back. I never received delivery of my payment for work that was taken.
