      I am writing to express my frustration and seek immediate resolution for an issue with my recent order. Here are the details of the situation:Order Information:Product: [Glasses/Watch] Shipping ************* Tracking Number: ********************** Delivery Details: Delivered, Front Door/Porch Notification Email Received: July 24, 2024 Sched Del. Date: July 25, 2024 Delivery Scanned as Complete: 2:10 PM on July 25 2024 Issue: Upon arriving home, I found that the package was not at the location where **** indicated it was delivered. I checked with a neighbor who has security camera footage. The footage shows that the package was scanned as delivered at 2:10 PM, but at 2:34 PM, a hand is seen taking the package. Unfortunately, the video does not capture the face of the individual, so the police department cannot assist further.Actions ******************************************* who advised that they could not proceed without identifying the individual. Reached out to your customer service at 7:30 PM on July 25, 2024, and spoke with a representative named ***. I was informed that I must wait until July 30, 2024, to open a claim or dispute the issue with my bank.Current Concerns:The suggested waiting period is unreasonable given that the package is clearly missing, as evidenced by the security footage. The order was intended as a gift for someone traveling internationally, and its delay has caused significant inconvenience. I find it highly frustrating that I am being asked to wait additional business days for a resolution or a potential refund/replacement. The package has been clearly taken as shown in the video footage, and I need immediate assistance to rectify this situation.I kindly request an expedited resolution, either through a replacement of the item or a full refund. Given the circumstances, I believe this request is reasonable. Please advise on how we can proceed to resolve this matter promptly.Thank you for your urgent attention to this issue.

      I placed an order for a watch. Somehow, the shipping address for my watch was changed from my address to an odd street in my town i have never heard of and no house number. Odd because my billing address was correct. When i reached out to the company they told me this was a "glitch in their system, that happens sometimes" and there was nothing they could to correct the shipping address and to contact **** I contacted *** as they advised and *** advised me that the package was restricted so only the sender could update the shipping information. I sent this information back to mvmt watches and they told me there was nothing they could do, they couldn't change the address and again to work it out with ***** Now I have requested a refund as they have admitted to glitch on their end sending my watch to a nonexistent address and they will not provide as the delivery has not failed. The delivery is impossible, the address does not exist.

      I ordered a watch from MVMT business online, business as usual. There is a money back guarantee on all items purchased. I am not one to buy and return on a regular. I have a digital watch and wanted to try a regular watch. They were running a special, money back guarantee, so I tried. The watch face was too large for my liking. I did not even wear it out of the house. Just too bulky and the leather band was not a good fit for sweating in *******. I should have known, but, I asked to return it. They emailed me the return label, I had the box and everything as it was shipped to me. I repacked, adhered the label they sent me and shipped via *****. I copied the tracking number so I could follow the progress. Then it stopped. I called filed a complaint. 2 different people at ***** told me that the address on the label was incorrect? (How could that be since the label came from the company themselves?) ***** assured me they fixed the address (on both occasions and the package would begin to move. It never did. Now I am without the watch and without my money. MVMT only has "chat" and Email correspondence, no phone number to contact. And ***** states I have to have a statement from the company who paid for the shipping on letterhead before I can file a claim for the missing package. So where do I go from here? A money back guarantee, and a return shipping label that is bogus? A guarantee that it will never make it back to them, and they will never have to return the funds? And neither will *****? Seems like the perfect scam. I am angry. I can't get anyone at ***** to speak to. It all has to be online. MvMT is chat or email. And their reaponse, a blanketed "we will credit you within 10 days of the return of the product once it is inspected" But it will NEVER get there! I am out a horrible watch and $72. Lesson learned. I can't even figure out how to review them so others know and are warned.

      I purchased a MVMT watch a few years ago, for my father and it stopped working a few months ago. MVMT replaced the watch and it worked for a time, and now the new watch has stopped again. I would like to have the watch replaced again with a new watch, not one that has been refurbished. I have contacted customer service about the issue again, and the customer service agent told me I need to have "wear the watch" or wind the watch for it to work. We've done all of the trouble shooting already and cannot get the watch to work. Please send another replacement for the arc watch. I've screenshotted the order number, photos of the watch, videos and my latest correspondence with the customer service agent. Look forward to resolving this. Original order number was #******** for the MVMT Arc watch. *** I have a video of the watch too, but it looks like I am unable to upload it here***
