On 08/09/23 I made a purchase of $495.89 via Zelle to this business for **** rounds of **** SP ammunition. I paid via their website using Zelle as they were offering a 10% discount to anyone who made a purchase that way. I then received a call several days later from *************** where a guy claiming to be the manager told me that he needed an Extra $450 sent to the account for the insurance. for me to receive my package. He then claimed that the carrier delivering my package would hand me a cash envelope with a partial refund of my insurance payment. I declined to pay this and asked for a refund which he refused to provide. He then offered to cover more of the insurance payment. but I also declined this stating that I didnt believe in sending more money now that I already have completed my transaction and paid for shipping. He then declined my refund, sneered at me that there was nothing I could do about it and hung up the phone. This is literally a fraudulent criminal organization that is stealing peoples money from them and not rendering services.Order#**** Website: ********************************************** website even has a shell address not connected to the business. The address on the BBB is also mismatching and not the actual address of the business so that brings into question if it even exists?Initial Complaint

Made $350 ammo purchase from this company. Instead of sending ammo, they claimed I needed to pay an additional $300 to them for the shipping company that would be eventually refunded. Complete scam. Asked for a refund of my purchase and they disconnected my call and will now now answer my calls nor communication attempts.Initial Complaint

On July 26, 2022 I purchased 500 rounds of target ammunition from bulkammunitionshop.com. They said their credit card processing was down but they would give me a 10% discount if I paid with bitcoin. I did and they confirmed receipt of my $452.73 payment. But I received no order confirmation. The next day, after several requests, I received a detailed order confirmation. Then I requested a tracking number which they said would take another day to process. After receiving and clicking on the tracking link (which was clearly to a bogus site) they said they would require another $300 paid within 12 hours (for misc. fees)which might be refunded upon delivery of my merchandise. I refused and asked for a full refund. I knew there would be no delivery or refund. I have asked several times, and they are totally unresponsive. Please shut them down and help me get a refund.Thank youInitial Complaint

October 22nd 2021 Order # **** Paid through ****** Pay Account to *********************** in the amount $495.00. I received an email stating that that ****** account is no longer good for that week and that they would get me a refund back to my ****** Pay Account. They sent me an email stating they are working on getting my refund and that I would need to repay from the account to ************************ because that was their account for payment of that week.I replied back that I would need the refund first due to the fact that I only used the ****** Pay to pay for the ammo and that there was no more money in that account because I dont use that application. I Tried calling them on their contact # ************. No Answer. I also used their online help assistant and still nothing. I originally wanted the ammo, but now am more interested in getting my money back due to the unprofessionalism this place of business projects. Thank you,*******************************
