    I called Snow Lotus before signing up for this webinar to ask them specifically if they were planning to make a recording of the seminar as I knew that I would be unable to attend in person. They assured me that they were going to record the webinar and would be sending the recording to participants. I signed up for the webinar based on their reassurance. Several months later, when I never received the recording, I followed up with them. The person I spoke with said that they were not used to making recordings and that they were still trying to figure out how to do it. I contacted them several times subsequently to ask when I would be receiving the recording that I paid for. They eventually simply stopped responding to me. I paid $350 last January 2023 for the webinar and would like them to refund it in full. I would never have signed up had they not guaranteed to me that a recording would be forthcoming. This whole experience has been outrageous and unprofessional and I believe that they should be held accountable. I hope that you will be able to help me with this. They are clearly are behaving in bad faith. I now no longer even want the recording. I just want my money back.
