    I had the worst experience of my life with this business. I went to get my car back yesterday and the owner threw my keys at me and told me to get the f*** out of his shop. All because I was not happy with how my ******** was being treated by their shop. One day I just happened to stop by and noticed all my windows rolled down outside the shop. I drove into the parking lot to take pictures of my vehicle and take videos. My car was trashed by this shop. My headlights were not fixed from the accident and the rim that was hit by another car wasnt replaced as they said it would be. Instead they tried to refurbish the rim and paint it to hid the fact that they charged the amount for a whole new rim to my insurance company. When I called them yesterday and told them about all my issues they tried to put it all on the place they sent the car to get a wheel alignment. I was furious. Upon further investigation, I noticed a bag that was chewed through and food was eaten by rats that of course came into my car the days they had my windows rolled down in their parking lot. I have pictures and videos of rat p*** all through my vehicle. The owner yelled I dont give a f*** about your piece of s*** car and threw my key at me and told me to give them back the rental car. He then repeated I was responsible for the nearly $2,500 rental car fees and 20% of the **** towards getting my car back. Then he said just take your car and I will rip up the f****** contract. I left feeling like my personal space was violated and my vehicle. I have pictures of what my car looked like upon arrival at the shop and when it left months later, yesterday. I called my insurance company and made a complaint. They told me to also file a complaint here. I am so disappointed and disgusted by the customer service I received. Inside my trunk is mold and rat p*** as well and my vehicle was in this case vandalized by the shop instead of repaired back to its normal state before the car accident.
