I made an appointment on 5/22/2022 for services with ******************************* she had a promotion for a mothers day specials going on so I decided to do her services and pay for 6 sessions charged me a little more than half down in advance I paid her $530.00. I was scheduling my appointment for each week. The next time I saw her was on 6/3/2022 and my next appointment set was 6/11/2022 and she no showed on my without informing me of cancellation of my appointment or anything. I tried calling her leaving her message and she never responded. I make another appointment on 6/12/2022 online and shortly after she sends a message that my appointment is cancelled, so I make another appointment on 6/18/2022 online and I also get later notified last minute that she was not going to be able to be able to see me and was cancelling my appointment which I was already at the studio, I made another one online on 6/25/2022 and she later on send me a message that it was cancelled. I did another appointment on 7/2/2022 and she never showed up for my appointment. I had another appointment on 7/11/2022 and she sent me a message cancelling my appointment. SO i have not been able to keep up with my treatment as she has been avoiding me and I have requested a partial refund and have not heard back from her. I sent her messages text, messenger, voice message and have not heard back from her. I did file a dispute with my ***************** but that is still pending. I was actually now looking to see if I can get a full refund since the procedure I was trying to get done by her started over a month ago and I have not been receiving the services. I will now have to start all over to getting the services done correctly on a timely manner. Please help me out this is unprofessional services for a business person to have and provide to client/patients.
