On July 18, I requested a refund from Swallowtail Garden Seeds in the amount of $20.02 for seeds that did not perform. Their website clearly states they will refund or exchange hassle free if the customer is not satisfied. On July 19, **** responded that the company was going to refund me for $28.72 for the seeds ( I had asked for partial payment on some seeds as they did germinate, just not as advertised on the package) . On July 28 I contacted the company again to follow up on the missing refund and **** was surprised I had not received it yet. I also included photos of sunflowers that did not match the seeds that were sent. **** said she would follow up with the original refund and sent me replacement seeds for the sunflowers on July 29 and I received the seeds on August 1. On August 3, I contacted the company again to thank them for the replacement seeds and to again request the orignial refund check. *** responded that they were looking into it. If you go to their website and order seeds today, they will ship them tomorrow. So why can't they send me my refund of $28.72? And why have i had to resort to filing a complaint with the BBB to attempt resolution on this problem?
