I worked with ********************* Custom cabinets for 10 weeks on a small *** kitchen cabinet for my son. We signed the contract, I sent a check with the contract. Then I received a email from ****** that they changed there minds. I spoke to the owner and he said" he was working on larger jobs. All this time wasted, plus that prices have gone up and now no cabinets for my son's space. He has been commuting over 2 hours a day and the *** was close to work. The owner did not care.I am a single mom who was trying to help my son, and this company was only out for the bigger money.SO SAD

On 2/8/22, you contacted us for custom cabinets. On 2/10/22, we sent you an Estimate of the job. The Estimate clearly stated what was included in the cost and what wasn't. On 2/28/22, **** met you at the job site and discussed details of the job and took measurements. On 3/9/22, we sent you a set of drawings. 2 weeks later, you responded that you would like to make some changes. On 3/24/22, we sent you a revised Estimate, along with a Contract. 1 week later, you wanted to add an item that was not included in the Estimate. We sent you a Change Order. You refused to pay for the additional item. In addition, on the Contract, you hand-wrote yet another item to be provided by us that we never agreed to. You rendered the Contract null and void. After several phone calls and emails in which you insisted we had discussions that never occurred, we were at a standstill. On 4/4/22, we sent you an email stating that, due to the unfortunate misunderstandings and gaps in communication, we could no longer continue working with you and that, as a gesture of good will, we would not charge you for the time and work we invested into your project. We sent a following email, providing you with the contact information of another cabinet maker who was willing to take on your project. As of this writing, he has not heard from you.
