      On 08/19/2022 I bought a 2012 Mini ****** ********** S from Hansel Subaru, in used condition and believed to be in good working condition. The vehicle was at ****** miles and came with maintenance records that they claimed to be in good order, we also purchased a warranty. The loan is just under $17,000. After buying the car and settling paperwork we drove home. Less than three weeks and 500 miles later on Sept 5th, the vehicle threw an engine code that indicated a faulty or blown turbo. After finding a mechanic the warranty company would deal with and hours of being put on hold the mechanic finally got a hold of the warranty company who is refusing to even tell us if they cover the suggested or possible extended repairs. I've also been informed that turbos can go bad without even throwing engine codes so now I'm worried that it's been driven in a bad condition for longer than anyone knows. I informed Subaru of our issues on Sept 6th and left another voicemail this week and submitted two other inquiries. I have yet to hear from them at all and am still inquiring about repairs. I'm concerned that the dealership sold me a faulty car and will refuse to fix or take responsibility for it, leaving me without a vehicle to drive and a hefty loan.
