I hired this franchise business to clean my carpets and air ducts. The work was done on January 11th ****. The following Monday January 15th, I emailed the owner **** to say I was not satisfied with the carpet cleaning in both the office and primary bedroom. There were significant stains remaining and it was clear no furniture, including a small end table was moved to properly clean. The owner called after my initial email. I returned his call but after that no reply. I followed up via email on the 21st, 23rd. I called again and finally spoke to **** who said he'd be out himself with the tech on Friday the 26th. He was a no show, with no call. Since then I've emailed him on the 26, 27th and 29th with calls on all the occasions, but he is no longer communicating. I've also tried contacting the corporate office twice but they don't answer the phone and haven't returned either message I left. Both the franchise and the corporate office are non responsive now. The company states they have a 30 days satisfaction guarantee which I am well within. I want the job completed and/or a refund for the carpet cleaning. I plan to contact local media without a proper resolution and am not ruling out legal action.Business response

This was taken care of. The reason for the non response was for health reasons, I had a heart attack. we have since been to her house and take care of it.
