I ordered 9 cubic yards of ******** Gold 1/4" gravel from Wheeler Zamaroni for approximately $3,000. At the time I was told that it was a special order but I was NOT informed that, if any additional amount of the same gravel was needed, a minimum quantity of 12 cubic yards of the material would have to be ordered.I am now 9/10ths complete with the job, having used the 9 cubic yards supplied and need 1.5 cubic yards of additional gravel. I am being told that I have to order 12 cubic yards (two truck loads!), in order to get the 1.5 cubic yards that I need to complete the job.I cannot accept (or afford) 2 truck loads of gravel - this is a private residence! I need to purchase 1 1/2 cubic yards to be able to complete the job.

The gravel between the paving stones in these pictures is what I purchased from Wheeler Zamaroni. It is 9 cubic yards of gravel (about 2 truckloads of gravel). The problem is that the area in the 3rd and 4th pictures is the last bit of the project that needs to be completed and will take 2 cubic yards (to be safe) to complete. They Wheeler Zamaroni is insisting that the minimum amount that they can supply is 12 cubic yards 1/3rd more than all of the gravel that you see in the photos and costing about $5,000.

Even if I could afford that (which I cant!) what on earth do I do with the 10 cubic yards that is left?? It is a HUGE amount of gravel that they dump on the street when they deliver it! What would I do with it??? I have called them three times to discuss this and keep getting told that they will talk to the manager and call me back but no return call is made.

      Appreciate your help,

      *******************.

Wheeler Zamaroni has supplied an additional amount of gravel, so this case can be closed with a satisfactory outcome.
Thank you very much indeed for helping to resolve this - I dont believe that there would have been a successful outcome without your help.
      Kind regards,
