I paid the loan off on 7/8/22 in full. I continue to be harassed and contacted. Every time they escalate it and say it will be resolved and then I get harassed again. They are a predatory company who needs to be held accountable.

I took a loan out with this company. I paid it off and when I did, this company pulled the same amount out twice. Each amount was $480.76. Total amount was $961.52. I only owed the $480.76. I have talked with the company and sent emails, and they are not being responsive. They say they only see the one withdrawal. I have sent them a snap shot of my account and a copy of the checks showing the two amounts and they are not helping to resolve this issue.

I have emailed this company several times in regards to a current account statement because their website always gives an error. Ive brought it to their attention more than once. Im getting money pulled out of my account and no one seems to really acknowledge what I am asking. I have only received a text message/ email with We will look in to it. Yet, no response every time lately. I have received feedback once back in May. My balance never seems move, even though I have paid well over what was borrowed. This is terrible business practice and as a paying customer I have my rights to my statements and I have yet to receive.

My complaint involves this company's method of repayment. Their disclosures and terms are unclear and ambiguous. I engaged with this company to supply me with a line of credit. I originally requested only $250.00 on 4/11/22. Their system was so slow to make any deposit I eventually took the entire $1000.00, with the last deposit being made by Pave on May 20, 2022.Initially, the payments were fine - only $100.00 per payment, beginning on April 29,2022. The next payment was also $100.00 on May 6, 2022. When I went to their website, the statement would display when I clicked on the payment link and the principle and interest was clearly shown. Since it was a line of credit I expected a more frequent payment schedule. The amount of the payments and frequency were both fine. The website and account were updated according to the payment activity and the amount paid to principle was credited back to the credit line. All of this was clearly disclosed on my statements and in my account summary. It has been nothing short of deception since then. The THIRD payment that they claimed was required was for $395.31 on May 24,2022. I received an email notification at 3:13 AM on the *** OF the 'planned' payment. There was NO WARNING in the days leading up to this payment so that I might make arrangements to avoid other planned payments that I HAD already committed to or change their payment date. Furthermore, I have NOT been able to view the statement associated with this particular payment that represents 40% of the original credit line of $1,000. All that displays is the following: Error GetPerodicStatementDocument Access to the path /u0027D://LoanManagementSystem//PeriodicStatements//3264_12337.pdf/u0027 is denied. Furthermore, the amount of credit applied to my principle is virtually ZERO after a payment as large as that. Previous credits were 4/29/22 - $86.33, 5/6/22 - $76.08, 6/3/22 - $31.96. I am making arrangements to pay this debt off. I want the proper credit for my money.
