On about December 22 I cashed a check at Rancho Mendoza Super Meracado on Sebatopol Rd., in **********, **. for the amount of $1500 given to me by Americana Apt. Homes, the apartment complex I live in. This store has harrassed me, as well as defamated me and commited a libelous act against me that are causing me enotional, phsycological and financial distress due to most of the hispanic community knowing that I alledgedly had cashed a fraudalant check at this location. I found out through a family me`mber that my drivers license with all my personal information was posted in theyre check cashinng window with the phrase, cashed a fraudalant check in spanish. Not only am I suffering damages due to the stores defamation but also my children, my family members. The humiliation this store is causing me is in every aspect and makes me embarrassed to go out of my house now. I believe they could have contacted me first, before publicly humiliating me and causing all these issues I am being a victim of. I know that it was meant with malice intentions. The store manager, ***, even tried calling me to harass me saying the store wasnt going to reach any sort of agreement for financial compensation I demanded in a formal demand letter I send Rancho Mendoza on 01/18/2024 a day after I found out about the defamation and libelous acts on behalf on the store.I seek financial compensation due to this store making me the victim of all the above accusations and will file a lawsuit to resolve this unfortunate situation if this buisness with poor customer service doesnt want to reach a fair agreement.
