      On 2/27/24, I e-mailed NeilMed and explained that I have been using their Sinus Rinse Kit for many years to help with my allergies. (I purchase a new kit approximately twice a year; it comes with saline packets and a sinus rinse bottle.) I stated that a few weeks prior, I had purchased a replacement kit and started using the bottle the week of 2/28/24. There was a defect with the bottle because it took a lot of effort to squeeze the saline water into my sinus area during use. (I could hear air seeping out.) Since I had already discarded the box, I was unable to make an exchange at the retail store from which I bought the kit. Consequently, I asked for a free replacement bottle and offered to return the defective one to them for QC purposes.Within a few hours, someone from NeilMed replied and advised they would be sending a replacement. They asked for some information, such as date of purchase, what store I bought it from, my address, etc. I responded with the information the following evening.I have not heard from NeilMed since the end of February despite e-mailing 2 follow-up inquiries. One was via e-mail on 3/10/24 and the other was on 3/17/24 through their Contact ** website.Anything the BBB of ************** can do to facilitate a resolution is appreciated.

      On August 11th I have purchased 10/30ml bottles of SinuFrin nasal decongestant spray from NeilMed store through Amazon. ORDER # ***-9296907-5823416 in the amount of $97.40. I received the package few days later but instead of 30ml bottles they sent me 10/ 15ml bottles with a strange stickers on the bottom of each box,bar code and information saying this is a "30ML BONUS PACK". When in fact it was only 15ml!!! This is not the first time I bought this product from them so I was unpleasantly surprised but I wanted to make sure this was only simple mistake so I called the customer service. I was told that they don't make 30ml bottles anymore and I was asked to send them order#, and serial numbers from the boxes and provide some other information too. I totally complied with all the requests and on September 5th I received an email saying that they are out of stock of their nasal decongestant but they will send it to me as soon as possible. Until today I have NOT receive any packages from NailMed ,emails or calls regarding this matter. Nobody even try to contact me in any way to update me and solve the problem. Also their products is available on their website. Please help.

      This is exactly the same situation as last year. This company is dumping their unwanted medical products at my address. Neilmed has sent out a large box of medical related samples to a doctor who no longer lives at my address - was not requested by me, nor desired. They sent this by ***** I have no way of returning the unwanted materials. This is junk as far as I am concerned - a physical spam. I have made multiple attempts to ask them to send me a return shipping label so that I can return this product to them. They have failed to do so and expect me to deal with this spam package. This is irresponsible to expect me to dispose of their unwanted goods and also to repeat their error, year in, year out in sending to someone who they have been notified does not live at this address. I am not a medical doctor and have no use for their samples.

      On 2/26/23 I purchased a H3138373833323135**33H Sinugator from ********* Pharmacy, Store# **, at 10:49am. Upon arrival to my home, I opened the package to discover the saline solution receptacle broken. I had previously purchased the same type of Sinugator, to have the saline receptacle break within several weeks of my purchase. I have made a combined 12 attempts to rectify both situations, with no response from H3138373833323135**33H. They instruct you to "not return the item" to the store of purchase, but ******** to email or call them for remedy. Which would be fine, but they do not answer calls, they do not return voice-mail, they do not respond to e-mail. So 2 purchases in the last 6 months, both defective Medical Devices. I am instructed to do Sinus Washing by my Physician as part of my Chronic Sinusitis/Allergy treatment regimen, among other things (zyrtec/flonase). I just got off antibiotics for a sinus infection, of which the cause was suspected to be shards of blue plastic, which is what the saline solution vessel is made of. I have retained legal counsel as of this point, but this company is knowingly selling a health product made with inferior materials and/or inadequate packaging. I can not be the only one dealing with this.

      Date of the transaction: July 15, ***********: $19.99 and $20.79 plus tax Business: NeilMed Nature: NeilMed is committed to provide a refund if the product is not satisfactory to the customer. I emailed them requesting the refund along with a picture of my receipt, they responded, allowing the refund but said they couldnt open my picture. I replied with another format, and followed up multiple times, but Neilmed never responded.

      I'm writing to update you that the company resolved my complaint and (without ANY communication with me), arranged for a parcel pick up of the unwanted parcel they sent me.  Luckily my husband was home to hand over the package.

      I purchased a product but didn't like it, so I sent NeilMed Pharmaceuticals an email asking if I can return it for a refund, and was told yes on Dec 9, 2021. I mailed the product back to them but didn't keep a record of that date. After not hearing from them, I sent an email on 2/21/2022 asking about the status but haven't received a reply. I sent another email on 3/26/2022, still no response.
