I have been working with this company for a long time and I have had the same car insurance plan for a long time. I accidentally forgot to resign to keep my plan so I had to start a new plan which is fine. After a brief phone call I was told I have been given the same plan and I should hurry up and sign before I lose it, turns out my plan went from 1 year to 6 months so it doubled to price. I called and said I have proof of it being a year plan but they said they don't offer 1 year plans and haven't for a long time and the lady proceeded to yell at me and say she doesn't need to see it. They should be responsible for paying for the next 6 months of my plan as they told me over the phone it was the same plan. I am noticing this now as I was surprised I already need to renew my insurance.Business response

*************************** is mistaken, and in his anger, wasn't open to the information that would have cleared his concern up. When he had a 12 month policy, it was $1418/year. That policy converted to a 6 month policy at $746 for 6months. He let that policy cancel, and was rewritten to another 6 month policy, also at $746 for 6 months. His upcoming renewal is now $628, and that is when he called. We accommodated him, and now, the rate is the is actually lower. He hung up on the agent after calling her a b**tch. We would prefer he find his business elsewhere, as we do not tolerate name calling to anyone in this office, and he is 100% wrong in his claims.Customer response

It is strange for me to call you a liar then have it turn out to be true but then you proceed to lie in your bbb response, our phone call was 1 min and 9 sec so there was no rate change on our phone call as I hung up because you wouldn't let me get a word out. The root of my complaint was not because of the rudeness and lack of professionalism, although it provoked it, it was because I made a 1 time payment a year and half ago and that gave me one year of coverage. That was not an option this time around so I made a mistake and apologize..... oh and I told my mom you said hello.
