In case of a foreigner in ********, even one has "cdula extranjera" , foreign ** valid locally it's a shame MercadoLibre **** as per ******* Pago payment system ) doesn't allow the user ( not a Colombian National ) gain access to the account associated to with the payment has been refunded. The money is held forever, locked, at ******* Pago. it simply gets lost. There is no way to get your money out (from the ******* Pago platform) or make a purchase in another store using this credit. I got a refund of 61200COP from the *********.com online store ( as per the attachement) associated with my email . Unfortunately The security processes for using the money requires the user to take a photo of the ** through the app and upload your ** in the ML or ** Platform -- it just not work, they do not recognize the **. Customer Support it doesn't exist in ML or ******* Pago ******** or they ignore their users.The system of Mercado Libre or ******* Pago in ******** simply does not work as intended to withdraw your money refunded. I wanna my credits refunded in a way I could use it.Initial Complaint

This marketing team has convinced us to place my product on their website which we did and sold a few items. now they are refusing to pay me for my product sold, claiming that the item did not get to it's original destination which it did. I have emails from the customer that has purchased the item from them and they have confirmed receipt. Please help us getting my money from them.Initial Complaint

Compre un cellular de Mercado Libre, y el vendedor CG Movil me mando un producto incorecto. Devolvi el producto, y hize todo lo posible de mi parte para comunicar con Mercado Libre para que ellos reciben el producto y yo mi dinero. Mercado Libre regreso mi dinero a mi cuenta ********** Pago, el unico problema es que tambien suspendieron mi cuenta por razones de validar mi identidad. Yo soy extranjero, no vivo en ******. No soy residente ni ciudadano, solo tengo mi pasaporte *********. Para validar mi identidad Mercado Libre pide la CURP que es un documento especifcamente para residentes de ******. Para hacer mi compra no me pidieron identidad, pero ahora para sacar mi dinero o hacer otra compra no puedo porque no tengo CURP. He intentando comunicar con Mercado Libre, y ellos ofrecieron transferir el dinero a otra cuenta para que yo pueda retirar el dinero. Les mande la otra cuenta y todos los detalles hace una semana, y desde ese momento no me responden. Todos los **** les estoy mandando mensaje. Pidiendo mi dinero o alguna noticia. No puedo comunicar con ellos, y no puedo usar ni retirar el dinero que ellos tienen bloqueado en la cuenta. No se que mas hacer. Espero sinceramente que BBB me pueda ayudar. He perdido tanto tiempo y bastante dinero. Estoy tan frustrado, quiero que Mercado Libre cumple con su palabra
