      This customer reached out to us on May 16th, when the customer reached out we resent the entire order per the customers request. the reshipment was delivered 2 days ago, per the tracking information here- **************************************************************************************

       

      i have the full email correspondence if you would like that as well. this customer has not since reached back out to us.

      i ordered 9 seeds and got a free seed and out of the 10 only 3 germinqted and one was an autoflower and i didnt order any autoflower i asked for my money back and now they are ignoring me

      Hello.On June 13 2022 I placed an order for some cannabis seeds. My order number is ******. I received my order and planted my seeds.The Godfather OG seeds I received are not what I ordered. I ordered auto flower seeds and what I got were photo seeds.All I want is what I paid for, but the company said they will not send me the correct seeds.Can you help please?

      We bought a specialized product from them. We took care of the product for 6 weeks. It ended up being a different product. I called them and explained they sent me the wrong seeds. The customer service rep said there was nothing they can do. I asked for the right seeds. All he said was he could do was offer a 25% discount on the next order. We do not plan on ordering from them again. I have already spent almost $1000 of seeds with this company.

      I placed an order and mailed to the Pacific Seed Bank on Jan 11, 2022 (mailed from ********) as of the end of January I had not heard anything. Since they only accept certified checks/money orders I did look up on the Money Gram website to see if my money order had been cashed and it had on Jan 21,2022. I have since then called and emailed them around 3 to 4 times and they keep giving me the round around or send me a automatic reply email and say they haven't received my payment for my product. I have on Feb 9, 2022 have paid $18.00 additionally dollars to Money Gram to get a copy of my money order to see who has cash it- since no one from the company will respond with either mailing me my seeds or send me a refund. (so now this has cost me an additional $18.00. I need help either getting my order which is #****** which was placed on 1/11/22 with money order ending #****. or I would like a full refund of the $69.93 for my products (seed) plus the $18.00 for the inconvenience of having to apply for a photo copy of the money order from Money Gram ( that they are trying to steal from me!! Thank you in advance for your help,*************************

      I purchased two strains and was told by customer service that they were delivered, but I never received my package and I absolutely was at the mail box right after the mail was delivered. In this business, using the federal mail system is not a good a good idea! I don't feel comfortable bringing up my cannabis seed purchase with a federal entity, so I politely asked to have my six seed purchase resent, but they refused. I was denied a conversation with management. So here I am. Please do yourself a favor and use a different company if you want to get your seeds!
