I went to Artmedica for filler and CO2 laser procedure. The treatment was so terrifying the pain made my entire body shake. After my procedure my face bleed for days. I had to call their emergency line several times. They gave me incorrect directions for after my procedure. I was told to continue to wipe the white film off that was building up on my face with a warm wet cloth. In all actuality that was my skin trying to heal over the damage that was done by the laser and I was supposed to be putting cream on it and letting the white film regenerate. I even told the doctor about the incorrect information after my treatment. Dr ******************** just shrugged it off. I went to several different plastic surgeon who have said the damage that was done to my face is irreversible. I have tried on multiple occasions to talk to the doctor about the irreversible damage that they did to my face. Dr ******************** stated that he did not see anything wrong and I was beautiful. I have linked the damages that were done to my face in the pictures below. I also met another lady that had been severely burned by the same procedure in their office. Please see the attached documents that I have attached. Im asking that they re-pay me the money that I spent on a procedure that damaged my face for the rest of my life. They need to be investigated because I am not the only one this has happened to and they just brush it under the rug. Please help me with this my life has changed to the extreme after this procedure!! They feel that they can get away with it because there a company and Im just one person!! Please help show them that they have to use safe practices and can not brush things like this under the rug. They need to make sure they test the strength of the laser prior to the procedure.
