I am on the Board of my HOA and on behalf of our HOA I signed two contracts with Dry-Tech Roofing: * Roof Over Roof Replacement * Rain Gutters And Downspout Replacement After much poking and proding, they finally completed the roof job.It has now been over 6 months and they have not even put our Rain Gutters and Downspout job on their schedule.I have been emailing and texting them for 6 months now and for the most part, my communications have been ignored. When I threaten to go on social media about their poor customer service and lack of performance, I get a response that they will contact me when they can get the project scheduled.I am now reaching out to you, BBB, to step in and help to get a resolution to this matter. I am requesting either one of the two following resolutions:1. Get our Rain Gutters and Downspouts project on the schedule before the end of August.2. Re-Pay us the money that we have paid on the project and release us from the contract for the Rain Gutters and Downspouts project. At this point in time, our Board would actually prefer option 2.Please advise if BBB would like supporting documents such as the contract and emails and texts that have been sent trying to get a resolution.Thank you.Kind regards,***************************** Bridgeway Townhomes HOA Board Member ***************************************************** Ph. ************** Email ******************* (Preferred method of communication)

Here are just a few of the problems we encountered:The team installed dented vents on the main roof. The team didn't properly support the corners of the main roof, which are already sagging. We explicitly asked the team to run supports inside for the corners, but they just installed a piece of wood onto the house wall. The team installed roofing material on a very hot day and left foot marks all over the garage roof, this will lower the overall duration of the roof and loosened the material. Some areas don't have the right material overlap which is required to make a proper long-lasting seal, this was because the team didn't buy enough material. The lack of material also meant that the team couldn't fix errors made during the installation and edges weren't cut straight. The biggest mistake we made; was to pay ****** and his team in full when he came out to our site and promised to finish the deficiencies. No project is perfect and we accept that fact, however, we trusted ****** to fix the big issues. We're still waiting for this to happen and hope this review may help them to understand that you can't just walk from a project without finishing it, especially when you promised to fix it.

Date of transaction: 11/05/2019. That is when the roof was repaired and sealed with silicone. One and a half years later the roof started leaking. They came and fixed the problem. Then the next year 2022 when the rains hit, the roof leaked in four areas throughout the house. I called them on 01/10/23 and talked to ****. They came and tarped the left side of the mobilhome and said they would be back when the rains stopped, well they never showed up. It is 2/22/2023 and I have called them three times and was told and promised me they would be out on 2/22/2023 to fix the tarp from blowing around that had come loose. 12pm and no one showed up. I called them back and got no answer. Then I called again, and they were closed. It has been 1 1/2 months. They had plenty of time to at least call back! No one has ever called back the whole time, now there is a big storm coming tonight 2/22/23 and my roof is going to leak. I am so frustrated; they don't seem to care for the welfare of my wife and me. Our ceiling inside sags now and is showing cracks in the ceiling. I don't trust them and would really like my money partially refunded $5000 to fix my roof and get someone else to the job correctly. After the rain I'm sure there is going to be more damage inside. This company needs to be more responsible. I will not recommend them to anyone. They should be ashamed of themselves. Older people in mobilhome parks get ripped off by these companies. Please help me I cannot get on the roof. Thank you!

On August 16, 2022 we spent $1800 to have Dry-Tech put on a new roof for our storage shed. During the first major rainfall after their installation, the roof was leaking into the shed. Dry-Tech sent out a worker who put a tarp over the skylight where they felt the leak was coming from. The tarp is still on as of today (2/15/2023). The service manager (****) said that the roof wasn't installed correctly around the skylight and that they would fix it. It has been several months and there has been no fix. When calling them, no one answers the phone and my call goes to a voicemail box which says its full, so I'm not able to even leave a message. I visited their location (**** ********************., **************) 2 times during normal business hours, and the place was locked up tight with no one in the office. Both times the front door had an attempted delivery note attached to the door. I'm wondering if Dry-Tech has just left town leaving their customers in a lurch. My desired resolution is to either to have them finish the job correctly or to refund my $1800.

I signed a **ntract with this ** for a new roof on my mobile home in August. Of 2022, but DryTech forgot to designate it was a mobile, so I was told it would take longer for a permit, probably 3 months. They will not return my calls, answer my emails asking for the status of the job to be done. Since I signed the **ntract Im not sure what to do. Im 83 yrs old & newly widowed. My husband always took care of such things. Thank you, ***************************
