I wish to terminate my services with ********************* (a website hosting company), however, I have been given referral after referral and have not had success in trying to accomplish termination. ********************* does not take direct phone calls but assigns a "Success Team Manager" who does not contact the customer to solve issues. I wish to terminate but am unable to do so. ********************* keeps charging my credit card when I DO NOT WANT THIS SERVICE ANYMORE!Initial Complaint

I am retiring at the end of June and on June 28,2024, I called to cancel the *********** with this company.I have called daily and have yet to talk to someone about canceling the service. They claimed it will take 30 days to do so.It appears that this company is is keeping my account active to generate more income when the service is no longer desired.
