On July 3rd I checked into the Chumash Hotel anticipating a fun stay before the 4th of July holiday. I went to the players club and when I handed her my ID she said (incorrectly) that it was expired and that I needed to show another form of ID. I did but it had a different address on it and she started to update the address for some reason and I told her not to it started to get weird and I had only been in the place 5 minutes. I finally got my card and made my way to my room to change. I went to a restaurant and had a nice dinner and brought some food and an Arnold Palmer in a to go cup back with me. When I got back to the casino I brought the Arnold Palmer with me and I gambled a little bit and I went up to my room and used the bathroom and when I came back down to the casino I was met with security who asked me where did I get the drink and I told him and he said is there any alcohol in it I said no it's an Arnold Palmer it's iced tea and lemonade. And he said I have to see if there is any alcohol in this and he started reaching for his phone. And said he couldn't let me into the casino with the drink. I said fine and I turned around and went back to my room livid. I did not leave my room for the rest of the night I got up early and packed my stuff and went down to the front desk to complain about the horrible treatment I received from the entire staff - from what's in the cup to let me see your ID it was harassment. Evey member of the staff acts like it's their job to POLICE the guests and not to accommodate them. My ID was not expired. I have no idea why that person thought that it was expired. I looked at it when I got up to my room and it doesn't expire until 2029. That whole incident could have been avoided if she would have been better trained to not only work with guests but read their IDs properly. And security are not the police and when they act like they are they violate civil rights in the process. This harassment is unacceptable. Never going back!

I'm writing this letter in reference to B*** ****** VP of operations there at your casino. This morning I received a call from M*** in security informing me that I was banned from the casino for a year. B*** ****** is responsible for this action. I understand bill's job is to oversee operations there at the casino. Many times in the p***ing area there at the casino while I'm p***ed by the entrance next to the car giveaway to drop off or pick up Marie Grimaldi as she is 87 years old and handicapped with a cane. While p***ed there one night In January to pick up Marie I was confronted by a young man with a young lady in a small casino cart who began blowing the horn and yelling at me to move as Marie was trying to get into the car. About then a second cart with a security man by the name or Jabari Williamson by himself came up and the guy and gal left very quickly. Another man by the name of. Martin Angulo also showed up and I was told he was security supervisor . On my way home I called security and spoke with Ray Morawski. Ray was very helpful said he would check the camera and get back to me. I received a call back from Ray in about 30 minutes telling me that everything I told Ray was confirmed and on the camera. John, on January 19th I had an accident driving to the casino hoping to meet with Dan Oliveros in reference to what took place in the garage. I ended up in the hospital for 6 days ( doctors report inclosed) with pneumonia and unable to go to the casino for a month. I just recently began returning to the casino to play poker as I would go there 4 to 5 times a week. I was told by Ray the guy and gal in the cart were valet p***ing attendants and not security people. There is no blue handicap painted area by the entrance in the p***ing area for pickup and drop off of handicap people, not even a bench. If B*** ****** is in charge of overseeing operations why has this been neglected?? Last night Marie and I met with Bill in the poker area. When I brought up the January incident he refused to hear what I had to say about the incident. My remake to Bill was, I will do what I need to do, ( call John Elliott) and with that his response was he would do what he needed to do. And !eft in a hurry. Bill banning me from the casino today was a personal attack against me and had nothing to do with the problem in January in the p***ing garage. Does the casino operate on employees personal feelings against your casino guests?? John, I just turned 90 and still run a small business. I enjoy coming there to play poker and have a lot of friends there. It's my mental therapy. I would appreciate you personally reviewing this matter. This meeting with Bill on my part was meant to discuss the incident in the parkng garage in January. Bill had no interest in this discussion and didn't want to hear about it. I truly believe B*** ****** did this ban out of spite towards me. I would like to know the reason this ban was placed on me??
