On November 28,2022 I cancelled a job with Critter Control. I had already been charged for services that were not provided and requested a refund. After several calls to Critter Control, no refund was issued. I then called my credit card company and they issued a temporary refund while they looked into the problem. Today, February 9, 2023, Critter Control billed my credit card again for the same charges. I called Critter Control and they claim that the issue has been resolved in spite of the repeat charges.The uploaded documents show that I've been charged $109.00 twice for Enhanced Rodent Control Recurring Program (payment receipts 1 and 4) and $589.00 twice for Enhanced Rodent Control Recurring Program (payment receipts 3 and 4). Neither of these services were provided. The invoice numbers for each amount is the same so theses are not new charges.
