Rapid Packout broke, lost and damaged a lot of my property and has yet to pay for or fix any of the items. I've called numerous times and left multiple voicemails with no return on my calls. When I spoke to ******* he told me to speak to ******, she doesn't answer my calls and the only time I got through was when I dialed their toll free number. ****** happen to answer the phone that time but was apparently unable to help me since she said the owners are in Europe. She said she would have this resolved when they get back and I have yet to get a call from anyone at Rapid Packout.When my items were first delivered they were somehow missing the screws to my dining room table and the door to my server was broken. They took both to "fix it" but they only brought back my table and not the door to my server, its still missing til this day. When they brought the dining room table back they still didn't have the right screws and they were going to leave it like that until we checked the table and pointed out that it wasn't bolted and it lifted right up. It took them several trips to ********** and a lot more damage to my table which they said they would fix but nothing has been done since then. My furniture has been damaged with promises that it will be repaired but nothing has been done in months. I have items missing, broken and damaged and the worst part of it all is that some of those items cannot be replaced. My professional photo printer was also damaged and never repaired. Rapid Packout has been a nightmare to deal with and instead of coming to a resolution they are just avoiding my calls.Initial Complaint

Broke our property and has yet to resolve. Weve called numerous times and left our contact information numerous times, left voicemails and they have not returned any calls or paid for our damaged property. They settled on an amount and claim to have sent a check we never received. We called them back and they said they would be sending a new check. We still have not received payment for them damaging our property. Some of those items cannot be replaced.Initial Complaint

Rapid Packout, packed out our home and placed containers on our property to store our items on our property while we work with our insurance to make our repairs after our home had flooded from a cracked water line. We (insurance and I) paid $25,391.74 to rapid pack out to packout, store and ********* our home. They didnt pack our home back due to there rules that they cant s**** or unscrew anything off the wall, so I had to higher a handyman to install our items back to the walls and rapid packout didnt have any dates that worked for us, so we decided to pack our items back into the house. Due to us packing our home back ourself I was supposed to get a refund of $3,776.16 from rapid packout. I received a check for that amount and deposited the check into my bank account, the checked was returned unpaid by the paying financial institutions. As well I was charged a $15 returned check fee.Initial Complaint
