I got involved with FMA around November of 2021 in which I invested $10,000 into a fully automated Amazon store. The rep had also said that she would put me in to an **** store as well but that never happened. They set me up with a 3rd party team that within a few months of working with them I come to find out that they were operating against Amazons policies and my account (that was linked to my personal identity) was permanently suspended. They assured me that everything was okay and that I needed to now set up an LLC and that during this time they would work to get my account unsuspended. I went through 2 separate LLC's both of which didn't work because they were linked to my personal account. All this while, I'm going WEEKS without communication. I call and message several times without answer. I eventually get to talk to the rep again and she tells me that the team they set me up with are stupid and don't know what they are doing. She tells me that I could do a better job and that if I wanted to she would hire me and train me! A full year passes with no return on investment and I tell them I want a refund. They tell me that there's a line in the contract that says the only refund I can get is in a credit towards a different store. I just wanted to get out of this situation but they basically coerced me to continue with a different company. I had to invest another $5,000 to get things going with them and lo and behold the same exact issues! No return after several months and once again no communication, can't get a response for several weeks. The only time I got a response was after I threatened a lawsuit.FMA's only response is "We're just a third party to set you up with a vendor." Yet all the vendors they "trust" seem to just be taking peoples money and returning nothing. I am now looking for a lawyer to settle all of this as I will not let them take my $15,000. If you're reading this do yourself a favor and NEVER get involved with this company.

I have been working with FMA for going on two years, when first starting with this company they sounded great, I pay them x amount of dollars and they run shops for me for a split in profits. They also sell this service under the assumption that the amount of money the customer puts in (in this case 12k USD) will be made back with in the year. After year one I made a grand total of $400USD, they further coerced me into another arrangement that was supposed to be more lucrative for an additional 18 month term. That 18 month term is to come to an end in June of 2023, I was unaware of this because in my recent communications I was told January of 2023 but now they are telling me June of 2023. During this 2 year now span I have still made less then 1k, iv been met with being ignored by most of the people that I started working with. Emails going unanswered, timelines not being met, and now they are telling me that a cash back guarantee was never part of the deal but that I would get a credit. Well, a credit doesn't pay my bills and I started all of this out stating I needed to make at least **** a month off of this arrangement and they stated that this would make that type of money. I understand that I need to wait until my contract is over but at this point im fed up with the lies, mis direction, and being ignored and mostly not making in money, I would like my initial investment back because if they haven't been able to break 1k in 2 years of service I don't see how they are going to hit 12k in another 7 months.

Signed my contract on 2/24/2022. Wired them $35000 for two Amazon stores and one Spotify store. Since that date I have one Amazon store and zero profit. I got the ceo on the phone and had the same experience as all previous complaints. The *** basically states that he has taken my money to invest in other ventures that will pay out and as soon as they pay out he will pay me back with some percentage of interest. Of course, he gave no details and said that they were going to throw in my stores for free, and gave zero details for that as well. At the same time, they have my $35,000 I have one store that they used a third-party to set up, and I have made not one ***** of profit. this in every stretch of the imagination is a scam. They do not provide the service that my contract states that they will, and they have my money without providing that service and delivering that product. Of course, when I email or text them its always a week before they get back to me if they get back to me at all. This really needs to be investigated, because it is apparently not going to end anytime soon until people force their hands or it gets worked out in the courts.

I invested in an Amazon "Do For You" Business w FMA Brands. They were the salesman of the transaction. LPK Automations managed the Amazon Store. I was supposed to get a 70/30 profit split off the Store sales. The initial investment was $25,000 plus I had to pay for the merchandise. They promised deposit on profit every 2 wks. That didn't happen. I signed two Contracts. The first one was in Sept '21 , both FMA and LPK kept making promises that I would make money but there was always "something wrong" with my Amazon Store. With the first store I didn't make any money instead I almost broke even after figuring out how much I spent on merchandise and the two deposits i had from Amazon. The store stayed open for about two months and I was told that Amazon deactivated it. I waited about four months, LPK and FMA kept telling me they were trying to bring the store back up but ultimately, it didn't happen. All this time, they had my 25k and I was making no money. April came around and ******** *****/FMA told me I needed to sign a new contract as the store was deactivated, she said that they would give me another store otherwise, I would have to keep the deactivated store and hope it would be activated again. At this point, I felt like I had no choice, if i didn't sign another contract, I would loose my 25k. I obliged and signed another contract at the end of April '22. They gave me another store which was also deactivated July 8th. I. was informed by a CSR that my store was linked to Customer Care LLC, this was concerning as that's not my LLC. I paid about $2300 in credit card charges (LPK purchases merchandise using my CC)They kept making excuses every time I ask them for my money. I submitted a complaint w the Attorney General in NC. They emailed **** *****/CEO to respond to my complaint. I spoke to him but he's no different from ******** and **** ****** (LPK Automations/Texas) All promises but no profit. I asked them for a refund. Last communication w them was 8/22/22

The client did have a profitable Amazon store there are funds being held by Amazon for 90 days. Amazon did have a huge shutdown during ******** contract. The industry as a whole was unsure whether the stores would be released or shut down permanently. This was explained to the client and her e-commerce partner and FMA both agreed to help create a new store for her once this was certain. In regard to payments, yes every 2 weeks is industry standard but Amazon is the one who sends out the profits as the e-commerce partner is not able to control this. Amazon had another issue that combined stores. This happened to multiple people and not just the client. The clients e-commerce partner worked with her to rectify this issue as well. The client put restrictions on the credit card allowing payments for products. The e-commerce partner repeatedly asked for restrictions to be removed as it was hurting the health of the clients store. After some time this store was also shut down because of the restrictions placed on the payment method to purchase products. The e-commerce partner running the store offered to pay the fees needed to re-start again as the e-commerce partner did not want the client to be responsible again to start a new store. Since this conversation the client has been un-responsive to requests.

Our team has been trying to work with the client.

Not to long after LPK (e-commerce partner) built my store, I was informed that the store was deactivated. It will be a year this month since I invested with FMA and this has been the story every couple of weeks.  Every time the store got shut down, I was instructed by LPK to get a new credit card and I complied. The last card I acquired kept getting flagged by AMEX as some of the purchases that were made, seemed fraudulent as I had to change my card number 3 times within a 2month period. I did not put restrictions on the card. FMA is blaming Amazon for “combining” the stores (LLCs), but LPK manages the store not Amazon. FMA is not taking responsibility for the performance of my store instead they’re blaming me and Amazon. I was asked to provide my SS to start a new LLC, I asked numerous times to get a credit so my Accountant would take care of it to protect my info. I was given the option to do it through their partners website but after dealing with LPK and FMA for almost a year, I had no trust in them.My credit card has been charged numerous times for merchandise purchased by LPK. I’m attaching credit card and bank statement where deposits should have been made. I reached out to the NC Attorney General’s Office for help, submitted documentation showing that I hadn’t received any profit and that was the last communication we had from FMA. They showed the “profit” that my store made but where are the payments I should have received? The deposits are supposed to be every 2 wks. FMA and their e-commerce partner are a menace to the community. They’re getting away with taking people’s money using unscrupulous business practices. Where’s the $6500/mo. in profit they claimed the store would make? If they don’t return my money, I will continue to pursue this case through consumer organizations and social media. I have the complaint file from the Attorney’s General Office which shows the communication and the lack of response from FMA after 8/21/22

The client came to FMA  August 20th, 2021 and made her full payment of $12,000 by August 24th, 2021. ****** was onboarded with one of our e-commerce partners for an Etsy and **** store. When the store(s) were not going as planned FMA reached out and presented a few different solutions. One being to sign a new agreement extending the terms and we would purchase her, at FMA and e-commerce partners, expense a new store/platform. About 6 months into her agreement the Client and her family posted negative reviews on every site that they could.  The reviewers were called and they were people that were not even clients of the company. The reviewers were friends of the client that were given information to about our process.

FMA still tried to rectify the situation after she breached her contract. Now we are in the process of pursuing legal action for slander and liable, pursuant to our contract terms. It is important to note that we have not breached any part of our agreement and we are in an active agreement, but she has breeched her agreement.

This companies representatives pitched me on an investment opportunity with guarantees in place to be delivered within a 6 month period. I also was promised an ecommerce store would be built and run on my behalf. Since then, absolutely nothing has happened. I have received promises from multiple people in the firm including ******************************* and there has never been any follow up with concrete results. We are 4 months into the 6 month guarantee period and NOTHING. Its become blaringly obvious that the people and systems this company has in place is, in no way competent enough to deliver upon promises. I have extensive email and text communication to opine the issue at hand

The Client did have a slow start with FMA. This was only because he chose to be part of the group portfolio of e-commerce brands and then retracted .
FMA has been in communication with the client. We have been talking more since this complaint came through and have a plan of action. Our team member **** is working closely with him on getting his Amazon store going.  It is important to note that we are still in an active agreement with ****, and this is a material breech of his agreement. We have not been in breech.
