I had a HORRIBLE experience with BafangUSAdirect and give them zero stars for this response to me regarding tracking a lost part. It escalated when I asked to talk to a manager.Bafang USA direct customer service ..."We hope you can purchase all the remaining parts you need in the future from the company that you purchased the rest of your ebike motor and battery kit from as we are not interested in working with customers like you who make issues out of nothing to waste peoples time for a $63 part of which more than 25% of the order cost was shipping and insurance alone (not paid for by you) only for you to complain to us and ask to talk to "a manager" when our ***** front-lineworkers are working hard daily to deliver. It is people like you who bleed American businesses and resources with your impatience and entitled demands thinking getting "management" involved will scare customer service representatives into getting whatever you want.I want to make this clear because normally this kind of deliberate and unnecessary waste of company resources and customer service personal time would go unreprimanded in the plethora of people who take out their frustrations on others unnecessarily making demands and asking for "managers" most importantly wasting peoples time and lives. As the owner, shipper, and founder, running this business for over a decade, I want to make it clear that we value people's lives and time, our front-line workers, and customer service representatives which is why we provide good service following our SOP's and will continue doing this and ask that difficult, demanding, and unnecessarily escalatory customers like you take their business elsewhere.We will be proceeding with requesting ***** return this package back to our company providing you with a full refund so you can take your $63 elsewhere (like the company you purchased your ebike and motor from).Peace & all the *******************
