Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to bring a serious issue to your attention regarding the poor customer service I have experienced with the Bafang branch located in ******, *****. I want to clarify that my complaint is specific to this branch and not the Bafang branch in *****************.The problem I am facing involves the malfunctioning of my Bafang M600 motor, which is installed on my Motobecane Enight Train bike. Despite reaching out to Bikes Direct, the retailer from whom I purchased the bike, I have encountered significant difficulties in dealing with Bafang's customer service representatives. Although Bikes Direct has been somewhat helpful, the response and support from Bafang have been extremely inadequate.I initially contacted Bafang's customer service representative on June 20, 2023, and provided all the necessary information about my bike and the motor. However, after this initial communication, the representative has failed to respond to my subsequent inquiries despite my attempts to reach out personally. It is worth mentioning that the motor is still under warranty and holds considerable value, costing well over a thousand dollars.This ongoing lack of communication and assistance from Bafang has left me frustrated and unable to ride my bike for the past two months. As a customer, I expect better service, especially when dealing with such a high-value and essential component of my bicycle.I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter and bringing it to the attention of Bafang's management. It is crucial for them to understand the impact their poor customer service has had on my overall experience as a consumer. I would appreciate any intervention or guidance you can provide to help resolve this issue promptly.
