We wanted to sell our house quick and easy. We worked with **** at premier property buyers and he was very easy and pleasant to work with. He was very understanding of our situation and needs. He agreed to allow us to stay in the house after the closing of the sale for a few weeks so that we could find other living arrangements. He was ver accommodating, courteous, and Professional. It was a pleasure working with him. I highly recommend.

After deciding to sell my condo, I reached out to quite a few companies and individuals. ***** attitude of Were here for mutual benefits made me feel more comfortable with him than others. His patience with my ignorance and procrastination, his willingness to negotiate, his ability to make quick decisions without having to confer with other parties, the readiness of his funding all made the whole transaction smooth. I especially appreciate the length of time he let me stay at the property after closing of the escrow. **** is a kind and down-to-earth businessman. Occasionally, I am able to set my cynicism aside and trust an honest face and genuine handshake in a business relationship. I did that at first meeting *********************** because of his friendly demeanor. I trusted, although I did have reservations about selling my home because of the stress of paperwork and correspondence, but I win on this one. I didn't need to have much conversation (no haggling) and the initial meeting was pretty brief but very cordial. I really didn't do anything after meeting **** except sign my name electronically a handful of times. I didn't even leave my living room. This Family Business nailed it for me and my wife. We closed in a couple of weeks and the proceeds from the sale were in my account 1 day earlier than promised. Premier Property Buyers made that happen for me and I'm not very likeable. I had a rental I wanted to sell because I was tired of being a landlord. I was interested in selling as quickly as possible without completing any repairs or having to deal with showings. We were very happy to find **** and the quality of service he gave us was so much in sinc with our needs and the timing worked out beautifully. We found a new home to purchase; however, the purchase was contingent on the sale of our house in the city of Corona. We contacted **** with Premier Property Buyers because we needed an as-is cash offer to sell our house fast on a specific date and we didnt have the time to wait for our house to sell. **** presented us with a fair offer, that met all of our requirements and timely exchange. **** maintained excellent communication throughout the transaction and closed on our desired closing date. We were very pleased with the whole transaction and **** was able to extend our stay in the house in order to allow us time to pack and move with ease, after closing so we had plenty of time with the transition of moving out of state. We appreciate the ease and ability to move forward with our plans when it is a stressful time during a move and **** gave us peace of mind and our transition was that much easier with his professionalism. My sister and I went into probate with my fathers home when he passed away. We had no clue on where to start as far as selling the home. I found **** online out of many other options that were available. **** at Permier Property Buyers made this the smothest process possible. He was kind, knowledgable and most of all patient while we worked our way through probate. We closed within 2 months which would have been sooner minus a few hiccups on our part along the way. But **** was so patient in working with us through those obsticles. Thank you so much for everything you have done. You made this experience that much easier.
