I had a vehicle there for 3+ months with countless voicemails, phone calls , emails hardly ever acknowledged. When I decided to remove my vehicle from this dealer I requested a simple inventory of parts removed from the vehicle is what I requested and was met with We arent in the business of taking s**t off of peoples trucks. By my service writer ***********************. Not to mention I never received an inventory of items or detailed parts list. I noticed right away missing a parts and 5 months later the service manager ********************* has yet to replace the parts after numerous ignored emails by both himself and management. All of that aside the condition the vehicle was left sitting in was atrocious with parts thrown in the bed of the truck without due regard, exposed fuse panels and rust in the engine compartment. I want the missing parts replaced and other parts damages caused by their neglect replaced.Business response

The Dealership provided the consumer with a quote to tear down, diagnose, and reassemble the vehicle. After the tear down was completed and it was discovered that the vehicle would need a new motor, the consumer wanted the Dealership to reassemble the vehicle for free, which the Dealership declined as it was contrary to the quoted work the consumer had agreed upon in advance. The consumer filed a complaint with the ****** of ********** Repair, who negotiated an agreement between the Dealership and the consumer whereby the Dealership would only charge the consumer for the time spent on the tear down, place the removed parts back in the vehicle, and let the consumer pick up the vehicle. One of the parts (which was related to the consumers after-market light kit) could not be located so a replacement was ordered and paid for by the Dealership, but was delivered to the wrong address. That has since been corrected and the parts should be received by the customer shortly. Nothing further was agreed to with the resolution previously reached and nothing further is owed.Initial Complaint

I bought a used vehicle Dec 4th. The vehicle was purchased on a Saturday evening and suppose to be brought back the following week for a complete detail & to fix the front camera that was already being worked on when I purchased vehicle. The following week came & my sales contact was not returning my calls. I kept having to call to get info & was told they would get back to me which they didn't. The second week of owning the vehicle the service engine light came on. I immediately contacted the dealership, again & was suppose to be contacted back with arrangements to bring the vehicle in. Nobody ever returned my call. A few days later my boyfriend called and was able to speak to the service manager who arranged for the car to be brought in Mon Dec 20th. The car was dropped off by boyfriend at 8am Mon Dec 20th. The end of that day we had no updates on the vehicle & so my boyfriend called and spoke with someone in service dept who said they were gonna have to order parts for the car and they would need it a couple days but assured us we would have it back before Christmas. A few days later again we had no updates about the vehicle status and had to call for info....again we were told still waiting on parts but it should be ready before Christmas. Christmas Eve my boyfriend called to speak with sales manager and was sent to a voicemail where he left a message. We had no call backs from anybody. Today Dec 27th Monday still no updates from the dealership and again my boyfriend called to speak with sales manager regarding our vehicle and was again transferred to voicemail. We have literally had possession of the vehicle for 2 weeks and now in the shop for a week and nobody is giving us any info. It seems like the dealership is avoiding us and may have been aware of the vehicle having "issues" when we purchased it.
