      Scheduled dental care on 17 April with Seaside location of Central Coast Dental. I made an appointment for dental fillings on front teeth for 14 May 2024. I paid $260 down payment for approximately one half of the non-insurance cost upfront on that day. The money was withdrawn from my account on 19 April, 2024. On that day. The 19th, I also called back to cancel my appt for 14 May and let them know my cancelation was due to research I had done on front teeth fillings and that several people who had the procedure done complained of tooth pain for months following. This was not with this clinic, but just overall in general internet wide. I canceled the appt and procedure. Then said, oh I also put half the money down, $260 to be exact, will that get credited back to my account soon? She said yes, she would put it in to the office that does refunds but it would take a little time to process. 2 weeks later still no refund. I called and the woman said, oh we only do refunds after the start of the new month. I said it is the start and she said I have to give it time after the start of the new month (which was ***** So it is the 16 of May and this business still has yet to return my $260. I'm not sure what recourse I have to recoup my money. I never received services, they've basically just kept my money and gotten away with it.

      on ********* i paid central coast dental care $********* for what was supposed to be a full set of implants. (upper and lower). when i went in to begin the procedures i was told that would only cover the uppers. after being told i wouldnt get any of my money back i proceeded with doing just the uppers. this has become a nightmare, not only did they not tell me i couldnt eat for 3 months but here it is 4/29/2022 and i still dont have any permanent upper teeth. they also want to tack on additional charges for the extra temporaries they have had to make because they still cant get them right. im tired of getting the run around and still stuck with temporaries that dont fit right. my speech is slurred, my bite is off and i have a major overbite that i didnt have before. what can i do.

      I signed up for the Invisalign treatment on March 2021 with my co-pay of $***** and Insurance covering $*****. I was supposed to end treatment on August 2021 but my teeth weren't straight and I requested for refinement trays on October 2021. New trays have been ordered and arrived on 1st week of December 2021 but they have not delivered the trays to my new address, as the Dentist has agreed before I moved out of the area. I completed my final payment on 1/27/22 and I still have not received my Invisalign trays. I've been calling the office since December 2021 but I haven't gotten a call back from the dentist & owner of the Dental office, *** ****** as I have been requesting each time I call them. I spoke to front desk, *****, on the phone on 2/3/22 and I was told that I still had a balance and they weren't sending them out for that reason, however, I confirmed on the phone that I made all my payments with a total of $***** by 1/27/22 (their accounting was wrong). They are still refusing to send out my trays and the office is not returning my calls, even after notifying them that I will file a complaint if they don't send me my trays. They claim that there has been a lapse on my coverage since May 2021, however, the dental office needs to file a dispute for it. I, as the patient, paid my portion of the co-pay as of 1/27/22.
