    This technician/plumber working on our project asked if we wanted him to get a permit for his work. We said yes of course. He agreed to do so and charged us accordingly. Two weeks ago, we found out that no permit had been pulled. We called them and they told us they would take care of it immediately. I contacted them again today and one of the managers who was aware of the issue apologized, said they told me both that they would get the process started as well as send me written confirmation of initiating permit acquisition. I received no written confirmation and the person I spoke to later hung up on me and told me there was nothing they could do. This is unacceptable, and fraudulent at worst.

    There have been many serious mistakes that the plumbers made such as leaving the cap off the gas pipe on the new gas-fired heater that they installed, problems with two thermostats that they installed that never worked properly, problems with the water softener unit that they installed that has a leak due to a malfunctioning cross-threaded inlet that was improperly connected and that caused water to flow from the water house filter system onto the floor and walls of my basement, problems that have caused me enormous stress such as having to listen to knocking noises from the furnace that would go on all night and kept me from sleeping, problems with leaving the basement filthy dirty after they completed the work even when they put down coverings and which required me to do heavy-duty clean-up almost every time that they came into my house, problems with the hooking up of the generator because you didnt really know how to set it up on my cell phone due to their lack of knowledge about how to set it up easily, and communication problems among their staff on the phone and what I call "confrontational" attitudes and "blame the customer" service with no compassion for the customer's needs and concerns about work not being properly done, problems with forgetting to turn on the valve for the new tankless water heater such that I had no water for many days without knowing why, problems with forgetting to put in the Fresh-Aire UV air filtration system that was promised until someone else pointed this out to me, a problem which if I had not found out about would have cheated me for the cost that I paid and would have not kept the furnace clean-air system working properly, problems with leaving the power strip that I had in the basement underneath the water heater in a place so that the water vapors blew out the whole power strip and could have caused a fire. In my estimation, you can not trust anything that this company says or does.
