Purchased a Genesis on 12/31/22. The salesman was great (Jorge) however, the rest of the staff did not do their job. Lo Jack was an optional add , even states it on the contract the finance officer forced us to sign however, they would not remove the $999 fee along with the ******* (over $1200). The dealership insisted these items were hard adds. They told us the ******* had been applied however, that was not true because when we walked outside to drive the car home the vehicle still had plastic wrap, stickers etc... on the vehicle. We questioned them again and they insisted it has been applied. Once we pointed out it hadn't they said, "oh maybe just inside". The vehicle was not washed/prepped at all for us. Such a shame to purchase a luxury vehicle from a dealership like this. Essentially we were forced to pay for optional adds and then the dealership did not provide the service. We do not want Lo jack and we were told by the company that he dealership should refund out money. We submitted a complaint to the dealership immediately hoping a manager would contact us however, it is not 1/5/2023 and we have not heard from management.
