      In February 2024, I purchased a 2014 Chrysler town and country luxury edition van from RS Auto Center ***** , ** for $8,000 cash, which at the time of purchase was told there was no technical issues with the vehicle whatsoever by **** the Sales Manager that sold me the vehicle that the only problem it had the stereo did not work cause it only needed a fuse and that to take the vehicle back to put the fuse. so not even a week i had with the vehicle and the passenger door didnt open from the outside and the window button didnt work. Also i went to ********** Ca to visit my ill mother and ended up stranded on the California Highway 1 due to the van not able to accelrate on the freeway then it stopped on me mid traffic on this busy interstate freeway. which thankfully me and my children were safe and we were towed back home. Upon return I called The auto center to tell them what had happened to the van and that it was only two weeks with me i only drive it to work in the same town i live in and to take my kids to school yet the van already gave up on me when they promised it was a good working van. So they said to bring it by that they would have their mechanic look at it; so i took it in left it a whole day then was told the door issue was fixed but they were ordering the part that wasnt accelerating in the van and that to wait for a call back ***** them once the part was in. a week passed no call, then a month passed no call, so i went in person to say hey i never received a call to resolve the issue about the van i just purchased from you was told to take the van in on may 10, 2024 to be fixed so i did go and leave the van they had my van a whole day and a a half but no fixture was done to it instead i was told they were ordering the part directly from the maufacturer and they would call me when it got there to be fixed. I waited were now June 14, 2024 still no call and no resolution to the situation. all i want is either the van fixed as it was promised.

      Hi, 

      We are sorry about the car having issue. The 2014 CHRYSKER TOWN AND COUNTRY LUXURY EDITION passed smog on APRIL 17, 2023, see attachment, we had fixed all the issue that they told us. We as a dealership give 1 month or ****************************************************** May the customer came to us about the car not running correctly, so we took it our machine, he found out the CATALYST was missing. We are sorry about this, but we sold her good vehicle.

      On the day of July 31 2023, we went to buy a car at RS auto center. Upon purchasing the car, we gave them ***** for the down payment on that day and on August 14, we gave another payment of 500 dollars. The same day we told them,before we left the lot, that the car needs new tires. The owner agreed and said that he will order them and contact us so they can put them on. Two weeks later, they asked us to bring in the car, we dropped it off for the day. The next day when we picked up the car they told us they only purchased two tires, and on top of that, they did not install them, they left it in the trunk for us to put on. The car had other problems as well so we decideed to return it back on 8/24/23. Upon retuning the car he asked if we had the keys and we gave him the keys. He then told us "okay goodbye", to when we asked about the deposit. He immediately turned hostile and told us inhis own words "i am not giving you guys ****." He claimed we had the car for a month a half and that we only gave him ******** dollars for the down payment. He was cussing at us infront of other customers as well and his female coworker was laughing at the situation. We have bank receipts proving that we gave him the ********. We checked the bank statements and seen that the money was not under rs but under a different name. We have the images on the jpeg files.We never dealt witha situation like this and we would like to ask for you help.
