    If I could give no stars or half star I would. I went to trade in my car and get a new one and was left with a real bad taste in my mouth. I will list the several issues I had with this location below: 1. Bait and switch on price. I even had photos of the price I saw online. Wouldn’t you know that photo has seen been removed. 2. Tagged on way too many fees like 3000 MA and over 2000 for a security system that is not standard for the car. 3. Was told they could not take off security system even though it clearly states online that it can be removed. 4. The dude seriously tried to say an Elantra gets over 60 mpg, and not a hybrid! A standard Elantra. 5. Consistently kept catching the dealer in either lies or a tremendous lack of knowledge. 6. When looking at other cars I had taken pictures of the salesman kept over stating prices until he figured out I had pictures of all the prices. 7. They tried the lame ass four square ploy 8. Tried throwing the word “family” around to manipulate a sale. 9. The final monthly payment they offered was 15% APR and $750 a month!! I know my credit is not the best, but when I did further research on the Hyundai website I found out the were almost doubling the websites estimates, greedy and abusive!! 10. When I asked for my key to leave as I obviously was not falling for any of this garbage, the salesperson was asking them to get it from the office when he had it in his pocket the whole time. 11. The estimate they provided online for my luxury car was also bait and switched for a 2000 dollar lower offer! 12. Asked to see a Venue, and was told they had none on the lot, then what do you know I saw one. Was told they only had two Elantra’s as a ploy to make it appear scarce but they had many that I could Literally see with my own eyes, and other dealers in the valley have a bunch too! Overall, a horrible experience that reminded me some dealerships truly are only looking out for themselves and couldn’t give a crap about the customer. This location will lie, and tack on as many fees and charges as they can. They will overcharge monthly payments and APR. They will bait and switch prices, and trade in offers. If you are going here, take pictures of the price online before they change or remove it after you look at the car. I will never go there again and will make sure I tell anyone I know looking for a car, or a perfect stranger I overhear is looking for a car, to absolutely not for to Hyundai Nissan in the Selma Auto Mall. Save your time, money, and value- because this location obviously does not value their perspective customers.
