I purchased the **** Mercury on June 5th 2023, with 30 day warranty. I was told by the seller that day I would receive my registration, plates, and title by the end of the month. Which I never did, only drove it home that day the car was purchased. Next time I tried to turn on my car June 10th 2023 my car battery was completely dead, which I believe the people jump started the car knowing the battery was dead to sell it. The seller took the car to the mechanic to replace the battery, fix the taillight, and put air in the tire. June 25th ********************************************************************************** the battery which didnt hold it in place.I drop off the car to Redline Motors explained the issue, I get told I will have my car back soon. My car sits there for a whole week and each day I drove passed and called to ask why , every time I got an excuse. July 8th my car is able to be picked up, I ask the seller again when will my paper and plates be delivered its been over a month. Again, I get told by the end of the month theres been a delay. I only used my car to get to work and back as I was months pregnant during this time and I didnt feel comfortable to use my car any more than that. July 30th the coil packs popped off and my car was not able to drive , when I would turn it on it sounded like a motor cycle, I had to get my car towed home. I didnt contact the company about this because the 30 day warranty has been up by this point , but still I continued to ask about my registration, plates, and title up until November 22nd the seller tells me The dmv will not process my plates or registration because the smog is expired however its been already 5 months that hes had to get me everything in hand. I reviewed my papers given to me the day I bought the car , total was supposed to be ******** which is including the taxes I was charged 2,4000. I was over charged and this guy is not honest about the car and my papers that I do really need.
