I have been fortunate that in 30 years I have only had one customer that refused to pay me a sustainable amount of money. I did not know what to do. I did a google search and found Kaplan. I took a risk and went with them - without looking at other collection firms. They did an exceptional job at keeping me informed and also coaching me through the process. When collection did not work, they brought their attorneys in, and we got ready for court. The client decided to pay the bill and we settled for the amount I needed. I hope to never have to use them again but if I do I will go with them without a doubt.Review from garry H

We used Kaplan for one of our business accounts, that was a fairly large receivable. We tried for over a year to collect, but with no success. D*** was able to get this done for us. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.Review from Pam P

The Kaplan Group was instrumental in helping us collect on a substantially overdue invoice which we were really struggling to collect. The debt was international which made it doubly difficult for us but this fact did not create any collection issues for The Kaplan Group. Our invoice has now been paid in full and if we find ourselves with a collection issue in the future, we will not hesitate to contact The Kaplan Group. Their interaction with our client was extremely cordial and professional.
