    I discovered Artkive on Instagram and was immediately drawn to the idea of turning my childs artwork into a keepsake book. Im so glad I decided to try it the experience from start to finish was fantastic. Everything was super organized and easy to follow.After ordering my box through their site, I used the pricing slider (linked right on the order form inside the box), which made it simple to figure out how much artwork to send based on my budget. I chose to send in 130 pieces, and because I had already used the pricing tool, I knew exactly what to expect cost-wise.Once the artwork was photographed, I received my invoice and the price matched what I had planned for. It was such a smooth process with no surprises. After payment, I was sent a beautiful online book proof to review. It was so well done that I barely had to make any changes before approving it for ******** so impressed with the quality and care that went into every step. Finding Artkive on Instagram turned out to be such a great discovery I couldnt be happier with my book!

    I had a really great experience with Artkive. I'm really surprised how many people rated them bad. It seems like maybe they didn't look at pricing info that's clear on the website and in all the email communication. **************** was super helpful when I had a question about editing my book. And honestly, the art book was so nice - it's priceless to have this kind of keepsake to remember my daughter's childhood years.

    I paid ***** to send my kid's art to have it *********** they want $370 dollars for me to pay for a book. My assumption and everyone's assumption is that they will charge less than $100. Not $370. They refuse to give back the art. I paid $20 to have my kids art sent back to me and have email confirmation from ****** of my payment. I sent them numerous emails and silence. So already created a case with consumer affairs. I suggest everyone follow the same course of action. My kid's precious art is priceless to me but they will feel the hurt most of us are feeling by having them hold it hostage.

    We sent all our wedding cards in and never saw them again and never got a book of them. Never got a refund either. Scam of a company and should be ashamed of themselves.

    I wish I had checked here first. I prepaid 3 boxes at $50 each I waited until I had all of their elementary school art and then sent items in. There was to be no up front cost because I paid for a $50 book. Now, they are sending invoices for $200 each on scans they did. I have responded to several threatening emails asking to speak with someone. I finally was sent a scheduler to schedule a call for March 28. Meanwhile they are threatening to send me to collections if I dont pay within 10 days but March 28 is the earliest appointment available. Interesting that they are not BBB registered, but come here to respond very unprofessionally to the reviews posted. My very size able mom group is waiting to see what the outcome is here.

    WARNING!!! I ordered the book with photographs of my wedding cards. They sent me the pre-labeled box (meaning the label came directly from them with their correct address) which I stuffed with all of my bridal shower and wedding cards. I sent it back and tracked it via ****. **** tracking stated the box was Left with individual. Weeks went by and I did not hear from them. I reached out for status of making my book and got no response. After several attempts at getting ***** of customer service, someone finally responded saying they were looking for my package in their warehouse. After several more back and forths, it turns out that the LOST my package. How do you lose something that is handed to an individual? These cards are irreplaceable and I will never see them again. Thankfully I was able to dispute the credit card charge with my credit card company successfully. I am disgusted at the way this company does business and am starting to think the reviews that they are a scam are true. Not only do I not have a book I was looking forward to having the rest of my life, but I dont have any of the physical cards and can never replace those memories. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!

    Im still in awe how bad the response was of the business that Artkive is practicing or teaching its employees (like **** **** personally replying all Tesla complaints..) lol The response is threatening or demeaning.. your ad was supposed to be trial and show how it goes.. but after u You take all my children artwork and you talk about your professional work! So answer me Elon, when I communicated a year ago to give me the sample work of yours digitally or anything even with your watermark, why were you hesitant to do that? Please reply

    This company is an absolute scam! I placed my order 10/4 for $225.00. Upon reviewing that I ordered the wrong item (my mistake), I immediately contacted customer service and had my order canceled with email confirmation. 13 days later and I still have not received my money back. I've tried to contact this company with every method listed and can not get through to anyone to receive my money back or be provided an update of any kind. I even left a review that they so kindly deleted but can not respond to my inquiries. I have finally filed a dispute with my bank. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Not only is there website flagged as being fraud, the rare times it works but the number listed is out of service.

    I have contacted Artkive by email several times for some answers and compensation for the inconvenience. No one has called me or responded to any of my emails. The entire process was a nightmare but that's what I get for clicking on an Instagram ad. I will be reporting this company to all social outlets as well.

    ******* - there was no inconvenience. We have a ton of emails back and forth with you so your claim that we didn't reply is a lie. We delivered everything in the timeline we state on our site. If you weren't happy with the timeline we apologize and tried to offer you a credit towards a future order. Per your demand to refund you or you'd post a (false) bad review here, we don't believe in blackmail which is why we didn't agree. Your entire review holds no merit and everyone reading should know we went back and forth multiple times with this woman making threats at us despite us having delivered everything to her. We're sorry you were unhappy ******* and chose to post this.

    BUYER BEWARE - I was gifted a Artkive box from a neighbor. I sent it in, they told me it would be $200 for the book. I said no thank you. I never received the book, and I thought I was done with them. I just found out they are threatening to send me to collections, despite never having received a book or signing a terms of use. This is not a company out there to support families and parents. It has caused me a lot of grief to deal with them, and I have nothing to show for it.
