      I ordered merchandise from the marathon clothing store on the 7th of July it is now the 22nd of July and I still havent received a confirmation let alone my package Ive tried calling the number I found on the internet and was not able to get through. I ordered from them with more than enough time to receive my package by my birthday which is tomorrow July 23rd and sadly my package wont be here.

      I placed an order for a black Marathon hoodie on Jan 12 and paid $161.75. On Jan 21 I sent an email to customer service regarding the order status. They answered and shared that if I dont have an update after 7 days of that email to email them back. On Jan 29 I emailed them that I had still not received notification of my shipment. They responded they were backed up with holiday sales and it would be out soon. To this day Feb 13 I still have not had an update but worse than that, after doing research there are many people who have not received orders since before the holiday season sating back to November. They are simply taking peoples money while still promoting new products online and nobody is receiving their orders. They need to be shut down

      On November 27th 2023 I made a purchase of $59.50 (Order: MRT #******) from this company and it has now been more than two months and I still have not received the products I paid for nor a shipping confirmation. After repeated attempts to reach out to customer service via email I was provided with little to no helpful information, as the summary of all responses was to continue to wait for a shipping confirmation that never came. After a months time I was refunded less than $6.00 and received no answer in response to inquiry about the cause of the delay. No one answers the phone number listed as customer service and the voicemails are never returned either. Upon asking to speak with management I received an email stating the order had been cancelled per my request, after two months time. I immediately reached out again stating I never asked for the order to be cancelled (I have multiple email exchanges proving so) and there must be some mistake and I haven't received a response yet. This company is a scam that took my money, held it and lied to me for two months, only to cancel the order after a request to speak with management.

      Merchant has false advertising for shipping. ******** claims many items ship same or next day, however due to huge influxes of orders we often receive, it may take 3-7 business days to ship your order. In addition costs for shipping are higher prices and only provide a 2nd day shipping label for $38 or and Next Day **** for $58. The merchant refuses to ship orders in a timely manner. Many customers, like myself wait weeks before an order is shipped. My order has still not shipped. The merchant is refusing to ship my order and they have not offered an option for refund or compensation for the inconvenience.

      I placed an order with Marathon Clothing on Nov. 27, 2023, for $200 it was supposed to be a birthday gift for my wife, (which has come and gone). They sent a thank you email the next day but I have yet to receive a shipping email with tracking information. I also contacted the company via email on 12/8/2023 inquiring about my purchase and was told my complaint had been received and reviewed by the staff. Don't even waste your time calling because no one answers and the voicemail box is always full. It is now 12/18/2023 and still silence. My order # is MRT#******. At this point if I can't get my order I would like a full refund, this isn't very pleasant.

      I purchased a mystery box from the Marathon Clothing on march 31th of 2023 and I have contacted them serval times through Email about my purchase. And I havent received my items I purchased on the 31th of may . I expressed to them that I dont want refund I just want my items i have paid for . Ive been calling and leaving messages about my items I have emailed them serval times and now Im getting any response on where my clothings is . I have an even reach out to the post office package being delivered. They told me to file a missing package report. So I went through the steps to file missing package report I couldnt do so because the package is insured through the marathon clothing store . So the post office told me to contact the clothing to where my package is and if they can resend my package to me I still havent received my package and still havent heard anything back from the marathon clothing concerning my package and its almost Been two months and I just want my package thats all

      Hello I made a purchase to the marathon store on 2/10/23. A few days went past and I didnt receive anything about a shipping number. I reached out to someone on the and the responded to me on the 17th. Ill upload the screenshot of what they said. I have since then reached out to the company and theres no answer and my email are not being returned as undelivered. I spent $122 with them in would like a full refund of my money

      Places an order or 01/27 and didn't receive any updates for almost a month, I contacted the service email and they emailed back with no help to just tell me to follow through after 02/27. . So I followed through and they blocked my email, as everyone says they don't pick up there **** phones.. I want a refund I purchased 100+ worth of clothes .. this seems like a big scam! I'm not buying again from this website!

      I placed an order late November. I have been in contact with the company since December about receiving my items. I was charged over close to $30 for 2-day shipping when I still have an item processing as we approach end of February.Each time I get a response, the is an apology followed with them asking if I want to cancel my order. I filed a complaint with Klarna as I used to purchase and they processed the shipping fee. I reached out to get an update on my last item where there was no answer provided they only mentioned that Id gotten a charge back with the added information that this can take up to 75 days. This is absurd and I just want my third item I purchased. While I under I purchased at a promo price due to Black Friday there is no way that I should be receiving other emails and promotions prompting more orders where I feel these customers are not waiting as long as I have been. I dont feel appreciated as wanting to be of support to the brand and I dont feel like they are going to resolve and ship my last item any time soon.
