Purchased ***************** products at local store for a $10 gift card as part of a promotion (Approx. Late Sept - Early Oct. 2021) Card Arrives about a month later Approx. Late Oct 2021 - Early Nov. 2021) in plain envelope WITH NO INTRUCTIONS HOW TO USE CARD OR ANY INFO. ABOUT LENGTH OF TIME TO USE CARD. I set the envelope aside for awhile. Recently (March 2022) went to activate card. Automated call system said card expired Jan. 2022. Their **************** was not helpful. Spoke with **************** on the phone approx. six times and the agents said they would 'escalate' the matter and ask to have the card balance reinstated. Nothing ever happened. Card has far too small of a time frame to be practical for people. WHAT A COMPLETE RIP OFF ! Very disappointed with the lack of support from the company that issued the card. I still have the card. Shall be sending photos of the card, original receipt, and coupon to apply for card. I am a Senior Citizen, this company needs to honor their agreement. Any help is greatly appreciated.Initial Complaint

Purchased Johnson & Johnson products at local store for a *** gift card as part of a promotion (Nov. 2021) Followed directions on receipt to apply for card. Card arrives a few weeks later (Dec. 2021) in plain envelope. Set envelope aside for awhile. Recently (March 2022) went to activate card. Automated systems says card expired Jan. 2022. Spoke with customer service more than several times and the agent said they would 'escalate' the matter to have the card balance reinstated. Automated system says card expired, so their customer service was not helpful. Card has far too small of a time frame to be practical for people. Very disappointed with the lack of support from the company that issued the card. I still have the card. Any help is greatly appreciated, Thank You and Kind Regards.Initial Complaint

On November 5, ****** Ingo deposited ******* to my account with ******** a Visa network, ending in ***** Between the 6th and 9th I made several charges. On the **** card.com removed my deposit of ******* from my account. Which left my account with a negative balance of ******* Then on the 10th a maintenance fee of ***** was charged by card.com because I am now overdrawn on my account. I cashed the check through Ingo...which is the service bank ******** uses, which I have done for many consecutive months. I have ****** of all ************* I have called card.com more that 26 times and I have been told the money went back to ***** who several times have told me and employees of card.com they NEVER withdrawed the money. That the check had sufficient funds and cleared their bank. ****** at **** whose number is XXX-XXX-XXXX). ******** **** not give me my money back leaving my account overdrawn. I am asking for help to resolve this matter. ******** phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX, I ***** to ***** ext. #XXXXX a supervisor. ***** ********
