      I have been contacting Samariah Leahs customer service to get an update on shipping my two orders. SL14501 - placed Dec. 28, 2023 and SL14551 - placed Jan. 1, 2024. They take 3-4 weeks for processing/shipping which I was aware of. However, it has now been an ADDITIONAL 4 weeks PAST the expected time and I have not received my orders. I have constantly emailed them for shipping updates and they keep saying I will receive my order the following week, every time I reached out. They have recently mentioned I would receive shipping refunds for my orders and my orders last week and I have not received either. I have contacted them on multiple occasions to cancel both orders and refund my orders to my original payment method and they are now choosing to ignore my emails.

      I ordered jeans from ******* **** on 02/16/22 for $254 including tax. My order number is Order ******* My order was delivered on 3/30/22 via **** with tracking number ******************************. I contacted the business on 3/30/22 via their customer service email because the jeans I received were visibly dirty so I took pictures and sent it to the customer service team and I was instructed to exchange the jeans for a new pair. The dirty jeans were delivered back to their facility on 4/15/22 and they told me it will take "4-6 weeks to be processed and shipped". I reached out to them on 5/22/22 to let them know that I still have not received the exchange back and I was told that my order is set to be shipped out within the next week and they offered me 15% off my next order or store credit but I rejected it. It is now 6/4/22 and I have still not received an email nor my exchange back from this company since 5/28/22 and 6/1/22.
