Antique ************** **** has defrauded me for $16,441.32. I won and paid for items through www.liveauctioneers.com that I have not received. I won the first item on December 30, 2022. I won a total of seven (7) items. I have kept all my documents. I do not know the physical address of the business. I was sent three items that I returned because they did not match the advertised descriptions. The items were sent to the following address: ANT J. HOUSE ***** *******************************************************************. The business phone number is ************. The only person I have spoken with is a lady named "***" who keeps making false promises. When I disputed this charge through my credit card company, they denied the chargeback because *** used the two tracking numbers for the three items shipped to me as proof that she sent the merchandise. *** acknowledges in an email that she received the three items that I returned. The company (or "***) only sent the least expensive items that I purchased (I have attached pictures of seven items I won and the three items I received), which, as I said, I returned. Apparently, this company has defrauded a few other people. Please see the reviews: *********************************************************************************. My ice maker stopped working. I contacted ProConnect Home Solutions and they sent out a repairman. The repairman came to my home and the ice maker was working when he left. This repair lasted 30days. I called and spoke with ****************** on 3/21/2022. He promised to call me back yet I had to call him on 3/25/2022. He told me he spoke with his bosses and they said that the employee no longer worked for them. I asked if they were responsible for the job they sent him on and that I paid for. He gave me the employee's name & number and said I had to contact him and work something out. I advised I would never have used them if I knew they would not stand behind their work. He was not able to assist me further except to say I could start all over and get a new repair (and pay all over again). There was no response to if this could keep happening over and over again. I am afraid to call the first repairman. I have no idea why he is not working there any longer.
