The attorney committed fraude by create another claim report ***** from .. add extra body parts that is not in my original report.. them the attorney work with 2 different Insurance, ****************************************************** my claim that has been denied for this.. Also the attorney ask for my personal file to my employer and never told me and at the end im notice that the personal file is incomplete missing several years and also have add multiples pay statement falses with amount of 25,000.00 money that i never receive from my employer also the attorney hide all my medical record and never present with the doctor neutral This attorney made me only pass the time lose my job and I never receive the medical benefits for my work accident and this cause several complications to my accident .. Also the Attorney send several medical reports from doctor that i never see and the attorney send me a attorney lien fees letter from the amount of 100,000.00.Business response

And not listening to the needs of one as a client... The consequences are here in this last medical report... Where it shows that my hand is worse because of not receiving correct medical attention since the day of my accident. And after this the Attorney Michael Burgis work on made only medical reports falses. Like this report ************ the attorney never send me to see this doctor this reports are falsified by the attorney************************ .. And the attorney never told me that I have a pretrial conference .. And Burgis takes advantage of doing everything for his benefit... And in the end the Burgis attorney He is the one who ends up violating my rights to receive adequate medical attention under the law... My Original Claim is *********************************************************** Them the attorney Burgis make fraude and I receive documents with ***************************** with case ************ Today 10/01/2022 I receive new documents with new Insurance ************************** Claim Number ***************** And with Case number ************ And I still have not receive any medical help with my hand accident.. PLEASE HELP ME ANY BODDY TO DO SOMETHING I cant believe this issues have 2 years now .. and Not body cant help me ..
