    STAY AWAY! This place is the perfect example of a bait and switch SCAM DEALERSHIP. They will waste your time and lie to your face to sell a car. I called into this location on Thursday and Friday to confirm the kind of car I want and our exact budget. The lady I spoke to confirmed that she had asked her manager, ******* and we were close to making a deal. Our budget was $500 a month and he said to come in to close the deal. I explained I live in *********** with 4 small children and do not want to spend my Sunday coming all the way to *** Nuys if we do not have a deal. ******* again said that yes, we are very close to the $500 deal and I should come into the dealership to do the paperwork. Once we get there, they said that there was confusion and the deal for the same exact car was going to be $650 a month! I am more upset about the fact that they so blatantly lie just to get you through the door despite the inconvenience it is for the customer. I will never do business here again. THANKS FOR RUINING & WASTING MY ONLY DAY WITH MY KIDS TO HEAR YOUR LIES.

    Date of transaction: 09/06/22 I agreed to a purchase price of $31,000 and an interest rate of 3,.5%, down payment of $3,000. I was charged $44,668 for the purchase and an interest rate of 4.8% and $3,000 after being tricked into signing a sales contract that I did not see. The finance guy folded the sales contract to make it look like I was signing a form about liability insurance. The finance guy lied and said that all of the accessories were part of the $31,000 price I had agreed to. He reassured me not to worry. The sales man misrepresented what the extra "add on" charges were, and I didn't push for answers since he said "Don't worry, they are all included in the price." The only honest information he gave was about *** insurance which I declined because I did not know they were going to mark up the car price so markedly. He did not present me with a quote of the price with and without accessories as required by law.? Who would agree to pay $13,668 over the sticker value for a car? They have taken the con to a whole new level. I am a *************** citizen and they took advantage of me.

Customer was given a full refund of their down payment. The vehicle was returned to Keyes Honda, and the sales contract was cancelled with the bank. Keyes Honda resolved the issue and aims to give customers a great experience.

    On May the 19th I went to Keyes Honda dealership to sell my car. We talked for abit and came to a price agreement. I been looking to sell this car fast due to repaying my credit cards and they promised me the check will be sent out the next day or 2 days after. After 5 days the Pre own manager called me and told me that they have forgot to ask for 1 more signature. I uber it back the dealership, handled my signature and asked for another confirmation that my check will be sending out that week and he said yes. Since the day after that I have been trying to contact their business office and it proceeds to send me to their voicemail. I have called more than 10 times and havent been able to get in contact with *************** or anyone from his team.
