1 starI lost over $200,000 in my transaction with Priority Gold. I did not get a fair price on my precious metals. I am very disappointed. After my trade the representative from Priority Gold told me that it will take me 10 years to break even on the money lost. Why sell good precious metals so LOW to customers if you want return business? I do not recommend this business.Review fromTim R

I am a retired aerospace engineer and have done business with priority gold for 7 years across at least 10 buy and sale transactions. I have found people at priority gold to be well informed and efficient in my inquiries and transactions.My most recent transactions have been affiliated with my *** with Strata Trust. I have found good value in my silver transactions. Priority gold has helped me with the strata trust paper work and made sure I understood and answered the strata trust paperwork with my needs.I have found the priority gold people Ive worked with to be efficient and honest to work with. I transferred my traditional *** over to Priority Gold LLC to invest in precious metals in January 2022. After doing some research, it has come to my attention, that I was tremendously overcharged for the metals in my *** and I would like 100% refund of it. I invested $16,479.44. Two years later, precious metals have gone up in value and my account is only worth $8,791.00. So that alone, tells me that I was grossly overcharged for the metals that I purchased. I would highly discourage ANYONE from doing business with this company. If an agreement is not reached for 100% transfer to another company of the funds that I invested, I will be contacting the ** Attorney General/SEC and the ***** I have all my documentation if needed.Priority Gold, LLC

This is the second time I've used Priority Gold for my metals purchase. ****** was tremendously helpful and informative. For my initial purchase ****** explained various options and the advantages and disadvantages of each. Once we agreed on the metals he then took care of all the details and followed up to make sure I'd rec'd my metals and that I was happy with them. For my second purchase, ****** again explained various options with the advantages and disadvantages of each. This transaction was more complicated than the first one. *******, one of ******'s associates reached out and shepherded the entire transaction. Financial institutions were involved and slowed the transaction down tremendously. ******* was exceptionally pleasant and professional and she was very persistent and brought the purchase to a very satisfactory conclusion. ****** followed up after I rec'd my metals and I described a relatively minor problem with his supplier just so that ****** could be aware. He took care of the problem and compensated me for my inconvenience.Priority Gold, LLC

I have had a very confusing and frustrating time trying to find our information about my fathers investments. Most companies did the minimum and left me with more questions than I had started with. Priority Gold gets 5 stars!!! This company worked diligently on a complicated account transfer, on my behalf. In the process, certain issues arose which precluded this transfer in an efficient or cost-effective manner. Without receiving any benefit from me (no account transfer, no resultant fees, etc.), they advised me through a difficult resolution which ultimately saved me thousands of dollars. They did this for no benefit whatsoever to Priority Gold. Who does that? Priority Gold did that. Once issues are finalized on my end, I will direct any future business (precious metals **** precious metals purchases, etc.) directly to Priority Gold.
